Our group of 8 had enough space to spread out in this condo. The skiiers loved the ski in access. The non skiiers enjoyed the downtown Breck, just a short walk from the condo. We would love to travel here again.

We took our family which had 6 adults and 4 kids. This condo had plenty of space for us and having a bunk bed in one of the rooms was perfect for our kids. And having the loft upstairs was just icing on the cake. We normally have to rent multiple units for our family size and saved money with 407. We finally have the perfect place to go that accommodates our family in every way!

Best location in Breckenridge!!! The Layout of the condo is great - just needs a few finishing touches fixed. Beds Need to be updated also. But it is very convenient to EVERYTHInG. Fireplace was amazing!!
