Enjoy Breckenridge lodging accommodations located just 20 yards off of the Four O'clock Ski Run and one block from historic Main Street. This top floor, corner unit has an unusually spacious floor plan with contemporary furnishings to make you feel right at home. Guests really enjoy the flat screen TVs in the living area, master and second bedrooms. Featuring a large breakfast bar with seating for four, the kitchen received new counter tops and cabinets in 2015. The vaulted living area also has a new rock fireplace with new carpeting.  Guests also appreciate the covered parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, two indoor hot tubs and the close proximity to the attractions of downtown.

I have stayed in many of the condos at Sawmill Creek. My comment on 408 is that it is very roomy with a great view of downtown and the ice sculptures. The only negative is the noise from the street because the unit is on the end that is nearest to the street. That does not bother me but if it bothers you pick a unit that is not near the street. The staff at Great Western Lodging is the best and can answer any questions that you have. I am a repeat costumer and would recommend using Great Western Lodging for booking at Sawmill Creek.

Awesome location, really nicely condo - seems to be recently remolded which was great. Lots of room for a 2 bedroom, and we loved the views from the deck. I would highly recommend staying here, especially in the winter.

Large and spacious 2BR unit was well located to enjoy all the July 4th festivities. The only downside to this unit was that traffic noise can be heard from the bedroom windows.

The apartment is gorgeous - very well equipped and very comfortable. Great views. Nice balcony. Reception staff at Great Western all really helpful and friendly. Building is ideally placed next to end of 4 o'clock run for skiing back [remember though very late in season there may not be enough snow, so don't rely on this - but we skied back on 22 april 14!] and buses from right outside the building run every 10 / 15 minutes to various lift stations [not just the gondola - Beaver Run lift is a good option]. Breck is quite a busy town and the condo is situated near the main street, so if you are not used to road noise I suggest you take ear plugs [which I did and so slept with no problem]. Bear in mind also that we were in bed really early due to jet lag, so road noise might not be an issue if you go to bed at a normal time! We definitely will request this apartment again when we go back to Breck. We had a fantastic time.
