This property is in a great location. Easy access to Quicksilver lift. Convenient and quick for lunch break. Complex provides a room for ski storage but requires a quarter to lock skis. Kitchen updated with new appliances. Perfect size for making quick breakfast and lunch. Beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for ease of ski-in and ski-out.

Great location !! Trails End is showing its age, and this unit as well, but it was adequate for our needs. Bunk beds in each bedroom along with a king and queen, so plenty of sleeping space. Unit had all that we needed except both hair dryers had melted ends, looks like previous guests tried to dry boots with the hair dryers. Receptacles in walls do not hold plugs, and there is no instruction on how to use the baseboard heat, so hard to regulate. Parking in garage is NOT included with this unit. Would recommend with caveats.

Manager Response:

Thank you for your review. Our operations team will work on these items to ensure they are replaced and ready for the next guests.

This condo was exactly what we wanted. It's in a great location where you can ski in/out and is reasonable priced.

Location was perfect. Slopes are right outside complex - very convenient. Interior is dated but accurately portrayed in photos.

Great stay!

Not only is the Trails End complex a great place to stay b/c it's ski-in ski-out, this unit was perfect for our family visit. It was nice to have the extra beds in the Master bedroom for the kids, and it's a nice and cozy place to sleep. We would recommend this for family vacations.

Out dated unit, will not book through Expedia again!

We got stuck with this unit because we booked through expedia for a last minute Spring Break trip for our son and his friend. I will always call there office directly when booking from now on so I can select our unit. This particular unit is run down and in need of a lot of updating. As previous reviews mention the TV's are old and the picture is bad. The kitchen appliances look and work like they are from the early 90s (and probably are). The beds are lopsided and comforters are worn out. The location is great and outdoor hot tub is great for after skiing but was highly disappointed in this unit. I would only stay here again if there was no other option available.

Manager Response:

I will be sure to share this review with the owner about the unit overall in need of updating, the furniture, the beds, the kitchen, and the televisions - thank you for noting!

Easy access to town and the lifts. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs are a great way to end the day. The condo itself is just a place to sleep and eat. The bunk beds along with the bigger bed in each of the bed rooms would make it ideal for two families with kids to stay. The counter space is small, the stove is old and cheap, the only frying pan was a small 8" one. The knives were dull, but I always bring a sharpener to these rentals. It's a money generator for the owner, since they have put in little to update it.

Manager Response:

Dear Robert:

Thank you for your review of Trails End #412! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest's are experiencing exceptional customer service.

Housekeeping has gone in and done an audit on the kitchen supplies and has restocked everything, including an additional frying pan and sharpened knives - thank you for noting! The need to replace the stove has also been communicated to the owner.

Please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!

This was our third stay at Trails End and this was the worst unit. No heat in the Master bedroom, old small televisions, mold in the showers, the shower became scalding hot when the toilet was flushed. Desperately needs updating. The condo building is 35 years old and this unit doesn't appear to have been updated at all since it was built. A huge disappointment for the money.

Manager Response:

Dear Zebovoitz,

Thank you for your review and bringing to our attention these issues. We have addressed the problems noted above as well as passed along to the homeowner the need to update the unit. We strive to provide our guest with the best possible experience every time, please let us know how we can further assist you in the future. We hope to see you back again soon!
