Would have given this accommodation a five if they would have taken care of a couple of items before we checked it. When we checked in we had to have the bathroom door to the hallway fix since it always opened up, we also had no electrical service on one side of the Master bedroom, the blinds in the master bedroom or stuck in the up position which limited privacy. We did call the property management company to have these problems fixed which they did immediately and in a friendly manner. But when I'm on vacation I don't want to have to cal l a handyman. The townhouse was very spacious. The location right on Main Street was great for walking two restaurants, but a little noisy being right on Main Street.

Excellent! Layout is perfect for multiple families. Every room has its own bathroom. Great location in town and next too the lifts on peak 9

Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed having our own bathrooms. The only problem were the elevators. When we arrived, we got stuck on the elevator. They finally got us out & we had all our things & had to take them up 3 floors. Then they broke down 2 or 3 other times while we were there. We were told they had been having trouble with the elevators since January. As far as the condo, great accommodations & location. Would definitely stay at Water House #5310. Oh, the other thing is finding the building. It is not marked anywhere that says Water House. Very complicated when arriving & then once we did find the proper parking garage, we expected to have a numbered space but found out we could park in any space marked Water House. In other words, the beginning was a bit stressful, but once that was all taken care of & we understood, it's a great place to stay!

Fantastic townhouse. Great location within walking distance to food, shopping, and recreation. Spacious accommodations. This is our second time at this condo and it was just phenomenal as usual.

This was the second time we stayed in 5310. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we asked for it again. The 3 bedrooms were just right for 2 granddaughters, their parents, and the grandparents. The common living room, dining room, and kitchen with great views was the perfect place to gather for relaxation and meals.

The location was fantastic. We were within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and recreation activities. There is a nearby grocery store to obtain our food and beverage items. The townhouse was nicely decorated and well furnished - very spacious.
