This Studio Suite at Beaver Run sleeps 4 people and includes a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a split amenity bathroom for added privacy and a jetted bath tub for extra comfort. The floor plan offers two separate sleeping areas and a convenient kitchenette. All of our Studio Suites are located in Building 4. The Beaver Run Resort is located a the base of Peak 9, and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

The location is fantastic, ski in ski out; Main Street is 15 min walk, I don’t recommend walking when it’s 18*; take the free shuttle.
As far as the unit itself, it could use some serious updating. 1990’s are calling, and they want their furniture back. The bathroom shower is so wonky; it’s a large jetted tub with a shower head coming out of the ceiling, with not great pressure, and in it’s separate room across the hall from rest of bathroom, strange but it got the job done.
The bed is super comfortable, but too small for two people in my opinion. The pull out couch is bigger than the bed, and not real comfortable; again it’s from the 90’s.
Overall, I would stay here again for a short stay; it was clean and the location was perfect.

If you don't plan on *serious* cooking, this is a great spot! The fridge is small and doesn't have a temperature dial. It was not cold enough, so we stored our food on the balcony in a cooler bag, which was a lifesaver. With two burners and no oven, we had enough space to heat up soup and other pre-made dishes, make coffee and toast. Plenty of storage space if you're well organized. Four people is tight but comfortable.

On the last day, the fridge started making noises so we had to unplug; GW management was very responsive and helpful. Also good to know there is a backup generator at BR properties, since we were expecting a big storm. Free firewood delivery is a phone call away! The four buildings are all connected, and it's easy to get to parking/pool/hot tubs/bar/restaurant/check-in/game arcade without putting on your coat! Non-skiers can walk through the buildings and over-road walkway to meet skiers at indoor restaurants near the lift area, without leaving the building.

We couldn’t have booked a better property. This apartment is centrally located to everything - Main Street and all lifts. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Breck and we will definitely be returning.

The room was huge and very clean. It's right on the mountain with easy access to the lifts. It's also in walking distance to a lot of the shops. My husband and I had a GREAT time, we'd definitely stay their again!

Beaver Run is an awesome resort. The amenities and location were prime. The only complaint is the bed is uncomfortable. Could use a mattress topper.
