Description

This stunning 3 bedroom + loft vacation rental at The Corral is located on the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9 for easy ski and lift access, and is a quick walk downtown for shopping and dining. This condo includes a custom tile-designed primary bathroom with two sinks, mountain cabin motif, and a wooden bar counter top in the kitchen to bring in the cozy mountain feel. In the summer, grill on the balcony while taking in beautiful views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, or in the winter, cozy up by the modern brick fireplace in the living area.

All guests can enjoy the very large outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, steam sauna, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area. Plus, for your convenience, we have staff onsite to quickly provide any needs you might have during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Condo is so comfortable and clean. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of living room and dining / kitchen space. Location is excellent, close to everything. We are also happy we could park our rental car in the garage so we didn't have to spend time in the morning getting the snow off. Will definitely stay here again.

Just a perfect home, with a perfect location. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and all of Main street. Everything we needed to cook or grill when we didn't want to go out. Spacious rooms, and I loved the desk for days I had to work. I hope this becomes our regular rental!!!!

Really glad my friends and I picked this place. Easy walk to Main St/downtown. Very cozy, loved the fireplace. Spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast for a group of people. The decor made you feel like you’re in a mountain town. Would definitely stay here again

Comfortable house, well stocked kitchen, easy walk into town and convenient to trail heads for hiking. Mountain views from one set of living room windows. A little close to the road and gas station. Fast communication from rental agency, easy check in and check out.

 Beautiful house that came fully equipped with toys for my toddler. Only complaint is that they only have cable tv and dvd player, not a smart tv to watch netflix, etc.

The unit is very nice, on the top floor of a large condo complex. We found it super clean and it had everything we needed. Our kids were especially thrilled to find lots of fun toys to play with! Know that the hot tub is not currently available due to Covid rules - we were disappointed.

My kids played with Jenga for hours on end, the kitchen had everything I needed for a St. Patty's day dinner, the beds were all comfortable and it smack dab between downtown and a ski lift. Perfect!

The condo was lovely — very convenient location and comfortable. It was a nice bonus to have an indoor garage spot to park the car out of the snow. We weren’t sure from the listing what the room layout was so if it’s helpful for others: as you come in the front door, the bunk bed room is to the right and the king bed room with shower is to the left. The other king bed room (with bathtub) is upstairs next to the loft with desk. There is both a keurig and a drip coffee maker.

The property was just as advertised and so close to everything including the ski slopes we decided to ski at. Though we had a vehicle, most of the time we just walked to wherever we wanted to go. The kitchen was very nice and the Washer and Dryer were awesome. The only downside was that was the one night we wanted to grill, the propane was out and there was none to be found in town. Other than that, the place was awesome. Thank you so much for this opportunity to spend one last vacation with all of our adult kids before they go off and start their lives in the next few months.

We enjoyed staying in this property. The layout is spacious and the decor has a cute and cozy mountain feel. The location is great as it is a very short walk to Main Street and the local shops and restaurants. If there’s one suggestion to make to make the stay a bit more comfortable, it would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows on the beds. Otherwise, we were very happy with this property. Thank you!

The condo was just as described. Comfortable, welcoming and convenient. We had a lovely time and enjoyed being there. Everything you need to relax, cook meals, or walk to Breckenridge for shopping or dining. Mountains views and live music just barely heard from the neighboring brewery as you sit on the deck to enjoy the gorgeous weather. It was wonderful

This property exceeded our expectations. It is in the perfect location, at the end of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Such an easy walk to and from the condo with quick access to cute parks with hiking trails. This was our first trip to Colorado, and we are in love with it. Perfect picturesque mountain views from the balcony with a grill for cooking outdoors. The condo is stocked with all cooking essentials we needed, more than any rental we’ve stayed in before. They even had games for the family to play, plenty of super comfy seating in the living room. Private master suite was absolutely perfect. There are fans in the closets, which came in handy as we were there in the summer. Easy access from your private garage/parking space. We also had a blast in the rec room. This is a beautifully updated and maintained condo with plenty of bathrooms and sleeping room. Everybody had their own space. We highly recommend this rental.

This was not a ski-in / ski-out (it does not advertise it as such) but was a quick 10 minutes downhill walk to the lift (and the walk back is only slightly elevated so it's not that uphill) so that everyone in my party felt they weren't missing out on anything. It's really nice, well decorated and with fast enough internet to work from, big enough (shared) hot tub that everyone can fit in it, and so close to the village that we did not use our car the entire weekend, opting to walk instead. Would come back to again!

My family of 4 stayed at 302E Corral for a week in January and we could not have been happier with the rental! It is a great location, trolley and bus stop right outside, along with walking distance to Peak 9 and downtown. The decor is very nice and stylish, and the kitchen was very nice and well equipped. The third floor was a good workout, but there is also an elevator. The super large hot tub is on the second floor and very relaxing. Having a garage with a code was excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend this home!

Great place...we were able to walk or catch the free shuttle from the condo to anywhere we needed to go. We walked to the ski lifts and downtown Breckenridge.

The condo was fantastic, warm, inviting and quite spacious. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Chair, and just a walk out the back side of the property and you were on Main Street... couldn't ask for a better location. We had a dedicated parking spot right in front of our unit, and the included garage was a huge bonus in storing our skis on a nightly basis. The condo exceeded our expectations!
