This recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath + loft unit is decorated with comfortable modern decor and faces west for a stunning mountain view of Peak 9. Enjoy the private deck view, which includes a gas grill and outdoor table with seating for four, to be enjoyed for meals and cocktails when the weather permits. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials, and much more! The downstairs has newly installed heated floors, a gas fireplace, a Samsung Smart TV, and a dining table that seats up to 12 guests.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed, private bath, Samsung Smart TV, and plenty of storage. The first guest room has a queen-size bed and a private bath. The second guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed which can comfortably sleep four. The upstairs loft also offers a spectacular view and has a full size pull out sofa.

Conveniently located near Maggie Pond, with less than a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift at the base of Peak 9, Breckenridge Village, and the start of historic Main Street, where you will enjoy restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and the nightlife that Breckenridge has to offer!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the Corrals outdoor hot tub, fitness room, steam sauna, and game room, which offers a lounge area equipped with a pool table, foosball table & air hockey.

excellent accommodations, clean condominium, comfortable. we used the outdoor grill one night. we only wish there had been instructions for operation of the TV and streaming services, although we figured them out eventually.

Myself and five friends stayed for a long weekend of skiing at breck, the location is a 5 min walk from the lifts, and just steps from downtown breck. Place was spacious for us and was well appointed! Would stay again.

Great place for families! Very clean and well stocked kitchen! Close to lift and ski rentals. Easy walk to Main St. love having a garage and heated driveway/parking area is great! Management company very helpful and quick to respond when we needed refill tank for gas grill.

Great location walk to the slopes, we actually lunched at the condo rather than eat at the resort. It fit 8 really well.

Had a great time staying at the Corral 307W condo. The space was perfect for my family and the location couldn't be beat. We had an easy walk down to Charter Sports to rent skis and were right at the base of Peak 9/10 chairs. The location was also a short walk to town. I highly recommend this spot! Plus the skiing at Breck was fantastic.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this condo. The unit had wonderful views of the mountains and ski hills, the unit was clean and well appointed and a quick walk to the ski lifts and town. It had all the we needed. The unit was on the third floor that may be a concern for some, but there is an elevator, The management company was always very responsive.

This condo is really perfect.... well appointed, clean, comfortable, and spectacular views of the mountains (REALLY stunning). It's on the 3rd floor, so you do have to walk the stairs (which for us non-CO folk is tough!), but it really was beautiful. The location is great, we walked everywhere, but I did drive the skiers to the lifts. The unit is large, there were only 4 of us, but it could easily fit more! Kitchen is stocked well, there were games to play, plenty of seating, we would come back here FOR SURE!

Corral 307W was a well equipped property. The residence was well kept and the living space was very current and clean. We really enjoyed the convenience to the Main Street area by foot for sure.

This is a property and a Management Group that makes a vacation a bit nicer.

307W is both a very nice Condo and very convenient to downtown Breckenridge. Just a couple of minutes walk and you are right at the City Marketplace and the Main Street Strip. The Corral is right on the 9 highway.

We had a great stay in Breckenridge at this condo. It's a very comfortable space and decorated nicely. The location was great, walking distance to shops/restaurants and ski lifts.

We initially had an issue with getting enough parking spaces for the families coming to Breckenridge, but Liz and Kim at Great Western Lodging were very helpful in making it happen. Dave at the condo unit was also very helpful. The condo at The Corral 307W was very nice with plenty of living and sleeping space for all and so well equipped in the kitchen. Three bedrooms with one king, one queen and two twin beds, three bathrooms, and two couches that made into beds. Beautiful views of the mountain and best of all, a heated driveway with no ice or snow to maneuver around.
Thank you everyone for making my family’s stay so enjoyable. Our 4-yr old grandchildren were taking the lift up and skiing down the mountain by the time we left town! We should have stayed longer because it was the best ski trip ever! Thank you!
