Description

This corner unit one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just 1/2 block from Main Street and 150 yards from the base of Peak 9 - a perfect location when staying in Breckenridge. Enjoy stunning views of the Breckenridge Ski Area mountains from the private deck in the summer. This property is also located just down the street from the Riverwalk Center, providing an easy walk to town, or to the ski slopes. This Breckenridge condo has a great living room, washer/dryer, top-of-the-line stainless steel kitchen appliances, and one underground parking space. The complex has an outdoor hot tub, a fitness room, and conference room facilities.

Please note there is not a functional fireplace in this unit at this point in time.

Perfect summer spot and a great price. Unit was clean and very nice. Beautiful view of peaks 8, 9 and 10!! Right in town for an easy walk to dining and shopping. Would absolutely rent this place again for our summer stays.

Loved the lofts! Perfect location across the street from the lifts, rentals right on sight, heated parking, walking distance to shopping and so many restaurants. Check in and the entire rental process was a dream and the team at Great Western went above and beyond. The unit was great, quiet, and so well decorated and furnished. We will return again and again. The amenities were great as well. I did not use the exercise equipment, but did look it over and was very impressed they had a room that size with that equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and place and company.

Awesome place in a perfect location. The unit is incredibly well-kept and very moderately the cord. Great appliances. Great building. Perfect location. Straight across the street if you’re here in the winter from the village lift and they have rentals on site. More than enough restaurants that you never have to drive anywhere but a very short five minute drive downtown. Hot tub was nice and the fitness center although I did not use it was very well maintained and had a good variety of equipment. Nice to have covered heated parking as well which is a Premium here. Looking forward to coming back this summer and staying here again. I would highly highly recommend this place.

The Park Avenue Lofts are amazing! By far one of the best places I have stayed in Breck for years. Only to top that is the superior service of Great Western Lodging (located on Main Street and onsite at the condo complex), who hands down are customer focused and there to assist if you need anything. By far superior to any VRBO I have done before, which are mostly disappointing and zippo for customer service.

Unit is in a super location close to everything in Breck (walking distance). Short 15 minute walk to City Market to get some groceries to cook at the unit (which come in handy when you stay for over a month). Unit has an exceptional view of the mountains from the covered balcony. Super upgrade, quiet unit and has a washer + dryer in the unit (rare). Radiant floor heating is amazing for cold days, just don't crank it up - or you'll have to open the windows to cool it off!

Best places to eat: Blue Fish, Fatty's Pizza (one slice is the size of a LARGE humans head - amazing pizza), Hearthstone, BreckFast, The Crown & Sancho Tacos. Most places have great Happy Hours menus too - look them all up online.
If its the summer or spring or fall, rent a electric bike at either Craniologie Breckenridge - Electric Bike Rentals or https://breckenridgebiketours.com - both are exceptional!

Very nice condo in a great location. Located at the south end of downtown, it is convenient to restaurants and shops and just a short walk across the street to the lift. As you can see from the pictures, it is nicely furnished. Convenient parking in a heated garage is a great bonus.

This was a nice, simple apartment in a great location right near Main Street, in walking distance to everything you’d need in Breck. Checking in and out was easy. Would recommend.

I highly reccomend Park Avenue Lofts 205 in Breckenridge. It is located steps away from the Peak 9 mountain base lift. There is a great ski rental shop in the ground level retail space under the condo. The condo is beautiful, clean, has a washer/dryer in the unit and includes a garage parking spot under the condo which is awesome! I would definetly return and stay in this unit again!

We showed up with a trailer and side x side and the Manager, James, immediately offered us an employee spot for our trailer plus our spot in the garage for our vehicle !!! Location was in the heart of the beautiful town of Breckenridge and the only time we got in our vehicle was to go to a distant location to Hike, Fish in a mountain lake or a trail ride. Everything you could ever want was but a 15 minute drive at max. Will defiantly here again!!!

This was a very clean condo and perfect for a family of 4 with two small kids that slept on the pull-out couch. Lots of hooks to hang ski gear and plenty of room to cook as well. We will be back!

Out of all the places to stay in Breck this is the best. It’s easy in and out. Located within close proximity of the ski lifts, and all of the town attractions. The underground parking garage is excellent no matter what automobile you drive.

This unit was perfect; super clean and great layout. The location can not be beat. The staff at Great Western Lodging was tremendous.

I will definitely stay with them again.
