Description

This beautiful two bedroom condo has a great view of the mountain. The condo is less than a block to Main Street and across the street from the Quicksilver Lift. You can leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere while staying here. The property has been nicely remodeled and even has a lovely built in desk in the master. You can work from "home" while looking out at the breathtaking views. Or enjoy these views from the private hot tub on the balcony. The condo includes washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, and one underground parking spot.

The building also has a common-area outdoor hot tub, a fitness center and conference center. The location can't be beat being only a 1/2 block from downtown Main Street, and across the street from the Quicksilver chair lift.

This was our second time in beautiful Breckenridge and it was wonderful as always!  This may have to be our set location everytime we visit.  Location and views are amazing!  Space in the loft is incredible!

This rental was exactly as described and met our needs/wants perfectly. We came for the Christmas festivities in Downtown and the walkability was perfect - stores, restaurants, bars, the gondola, the ski lifts - everything right in front of us.
The property was clean, updated, and decorated in a lovely mountain chic decor. We used the hot tub while it snowed, sat in front of the warm fireplace with our evening cocktail, and slept like babies in the comfy master suite. Would also like to say to the owners that the slate thru-out is just beautiful! The added touches - toiletries, coffee filters, hair dryer & curling iron - you thought of everything and we appreciated it all! The views of the mountains were also perfect, but that goes without saying as it is Breckenridge. We will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

Such fun times!  The Christmas fun!  Dog Holiday parade, Santa Race, and the tree lighting was so awesome - we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie!!  Downtown shops, bars, restaurants - so lovely, every one!  Special shoutout to Cayman, the best bartender in Breckenridge at RMU & Luigi's!! Molly Jacks was also one of the best places to eat and drink.  The Gondola ride and Robbie's at the top rounded out our visit.  We love Breckenridge and our condo put us right in the perfect spot to enjoy it all!!!

This was the perfect home for our fall stay in Breckenridge. The proximity to town and everything we wanted to explore was outstanding. Having a morning coffee and evening drink at the hot tub were the best ways to start and end our day. The view of the mountain from the bed was spectacular. Fully equipped, clean, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We LOVED our stay here! The place was clean and so convenient to everything in Breckenridge. The town is beautiful! The views from the hot tub were fantastic! The sound system was also a nice touch! We would most definitely stay here again!

We loved it here!  We have been to Breckenridge many times, but this has been our favorite place to stay!  We got lots of use out of the hot tub - such a beautiful view!  The place also had such a great location - so close to everything.

Great rental. Clean and has all you could ask for except an outdoor space i.e. balcony. Outstanding views. Upstairs air conditioner, while helpful, is not up to the task on a warm day and West facing windows do not open.

Perfect location to be near Main Street and still close to the mountain. Good food and shopping options all around. The condo was perfect for our family of three with the main bedroom upstairs and the second bedroom on the main floor. The jacuzzi was a great thing to have as well. All and all it was perfect for what we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful experience here! 303 is in a perfect licatuin - walking distance to the Quicksilver lift and downtown Breck. The condo was extremely well maintained and furnished. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Western Lodging made our Breckenridge vacation very seamless! They had a pack n play and high chair waiting at the loft for us before our arrival, and even let us check in 4 hours early with only a day notice! Check in was simple and they provided 4 key cards which is nice when you have jackets and snow pants and back packs so you can put one in each place and never have to worry! Any time we had questions they were very quick to answer and extremely helpful. The only complaint I have is that there was no oven mitt in the unit, but no worries as there are ample shops right out your door and I was able to snag a nice Colorado keepsake! The location of the Park Ave Loft was absolutely perfect - right across the street from Quicksilver lift Peak 9 base and surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops!!! Not to mention the incredible view of all the Breckenridge Peaks from every window and bonus from your own private rooftop hot tub (jets were excellent), which was perfect after a long day on the slopes!! We would definitely come back here and recommend this to anyone who loves to be able to hop on and off the mountain any time.

Great location, it was near the ski area, restaurants, shops & more. The view from the windows was perfect, I've stayed at other places in Breckenridge but none were this nice. The only thing that was a negative would of been that the private hot tub was on a patio that when the wind blew it caused the snow to blow in our face. Definitely was not & will not be a deal breaker as I plan to stay there again on my next visit. Another plus was the ski rental attached to the building that made it convenient & less expensive.
