Description

This excellent, newly updated, corner unit has so much to offer in terms of space and views. While grilling on the private balcony or enjoying the private hot tub you will be able to see all of the Breckenridge Ski Area. These are some of the most sought after views in town! Take advantage of this comfortable unit while watching the flat screen TV or relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. High-def television is available in the living area, master and second bedrooms. This is the only three bedroom unit in the building! It comes equipped with a private washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an underground heated garage parking space. Park Avenue Lofts also has a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center and conference center. Being only a 1/2 block from Main Street and the slopes, everything is nice and close to this location.

We have stayed in other condos before but this location can not be beat, especially for ski school for the children and Main Street for shopping/restaurants/coffee shops, etc. It was the perfect location for us and we rarely had to use our car. We loved the view, it was so majestic {wish the blinds for the upper windows would have worked though} and the fireplace was a really great bonus {we've stayed in places before where it was part of the description but didn't actually work}. So glad that each bathroom had enough shampoo, conditioner, soap, TP, Kleenex, no need to bring or purchase those items. Also glad for the fans and humidifiers in each room. That private hot tub was hands down one of the best parts, we often soaked in there after long days of skiing, we cant wait to come back.

This was a perfect location for ski school for the kids, restaurants and early morning skiing. The view is amazing and it was worth the extra $$ for the private hot tub.

Great location, awesome hot tub. Property manager SUPER responsive when the tv and internet didn't work. We did have a few more problems with TV which was kind of a pain. Also, owners should advertise that master bath tub and master steam shower DOES NOT FUNCTION prior to anyone renting. Still a great place to stay and fabulous location.

The 305 at Park Avenue is awesome. Great location, excellent amenities, and gorgeous views. Stunning, peak views from the balcony. Plenty of whatever you need in the kitchen. We didn’t take advantage of the kitchen enough, supporting the local restaurant staffs often. Side tip, wish we would have gone to Ollies for casual dinner and Gravity Haus for breakfast sooner, both highlights. Hot tub is awesome. Grill is a big plus, the only one in the building. Stocked with bathroom amenities as well, no need to bring shampoo and soap from home. Plenty of humidifiers for every room which helped tremendously.
We had an early snow surprise on 3 days and it was awesome. Never got the fireplace to work but didn’t really care. Our family of four all agree we can’t imagine a better spot for a Summer or Fall stay.

The place was great. Nice and clean, roomy and being able to use the hot tub and grill was a huge plus. We had some issue with our keys working initially, but the maintenance guy got everything fixed right away. Can't beat being so close to Main street. Can't wait to come back and stay here.

We had the best time here! It is the perfect location to the lifts and town. It was really important for us to be able to walk to town easily and we loved the convenience of this! Not to mention the views are stunning and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

We met family from Arizona to celebrate some belated birthdays. The condo was great! Fit the 6 of us comfortably. The hot was fun a couple nights! The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates and such. We made 1 meal in, ordered in once and ate out for the majority. The restaurants did a good job making us feel safe. I did wish more of them took online reservations. For lunch we would pretty much put our names in and then they text you when your table is ready. We enjoyed pizza from Luigi's and Giampietros, great mexican from Mi Casa and steaks at Briar Rose. Bartender Ross at Empire Burger was awesome!

This was a great getaway place. Just close enough to town and yet still a super amazing view of the mountains without feeling like you are in the middle of town. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very spacious for our downtime. I would highly recommend Park Lofts 305.

Great location. Everything is within walking distance. We only pulled the car out to tube in Frisco. We loved the layout of the condo. It worked well for 3 kids and 4 adults. We had a small hiccup with the master and guest toilets; however, the maintenance staff was friendly and quick to resolve the issues.

Our family had plenty of space to get ready for the ski hill, lounge and have breakfast before hitting the slopes. The condo was conveniently located and easily accessible. The hot tub on the deck was a family favorite.

PERFECT PLACE ... Definitely coming back.

We have stayed at Park Avenue Lofts for several years now and we always come in the spring, summer and fall. We usually stay in the two bedroom/2 bath, with the private hot tub. This time we stayed in the three bed/three bath with the private hot tub-room 305 and loved it even better! I love that everything is on one level and that everyone can have their own bedroom and bathroom. We also really enjoyed the ski area views from the balcony, (and nice having chairs out there too!) and love having the balcony right off the living room. I already made reservations for the fall and can’t wait to be back!
