This three bedroom townhome is close to both the base area of Peak 9 and Main Street. The spacious open floorplan with vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas provide plenty of space for families. Each bedroom is furnished with a television as well. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the townhome. Private hot tub on the deck off of the living area. The unit has ample sleeping and dining arrangements for six guests, all set in a quiet environment away from the hustle & bustle of town. Guest parking consists of a heated one car garage and a spot for a second vehicle in front of the garage in the private driveway. Guests will also have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub complex. This is a great choice for your next Colorado ski vacation.

We stayed in unit 16 which was so convenient to the slopes and town I wouldn't hesitate in returning. The nearest lift is less than a 5 minute walk and the top of Main Street 5 minutes max.The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could ever think of - a real home from home. Ski storage was right outside the front door so you just put your boots on and went! We rented direct through Great Western Lodging who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Highly, highly recommended.

This property provided first class all round accommodation. The location is perfect for both skiing and access to Breckenridge town with everything within easy walking distance. Parking for two vehicles is an added bonus. The property is extremely well equipped and is a real home from home. It is spacious and well laid out and to a standard of cleanliness I have never encountered in a rental property before. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable with their own spacious bathrooms. The living area was light and spacious and there was plenty of space for everyone to be included. The hot tub was a lovely way to relax after skiing and was very private despite being on a balcony beside the road! The kitchen has everything you need and more and e very little detail has been thought of throughout the property even down to clothes baskets for dirty washing in each bedroom. There is plenty of storage space including a ski store right outside the front door making it so easy to pick up your skis and go! The walk to the slopes is less than 5 minutes and yet the property feels like it is in a quiet secluded location. The staff at Great Western Lodging couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We had a late arrival and the procedure was easy to follow and worked perfectly. With a late flight back to the UK on departure day, the staff were able to accommodate a later check out time with no hassle and their attentiveness added to what was a fantastic holiday. Overall this is a great place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again and to recommend it to all our friends and family.

Stayed a few places in Breck before, all in the Peak 9 area and One Breck Place is the clear winner. Its about as close to the lifts as you can get without ski in/ski out. It was literally no more than 5 minutes from out the door to being in the Quicksilver lift line. Last trip we stayed at Park Place and everyone wore shoes to the Maggie Lodge and then changed into ski boots -- this time everyone just wore their ski boots right out of the condo. The great part about Unit 16 in particular is that its the closest unit to the exit on Village road, which puts you literally right across the street from the Village area and lifts. Besides the ideal location of Unit 16, we really loved the decor and setup of everything. Unit is stocked with 2 giant humidifiers for the living area and master bedroom, and 2 smaller units for the downstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was super well stocked in terms of cooking utensils and plates and all that. Couch in the living room was quite comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sit and hang out. Maybe should have said this earlier in the review, but what jumped out to everyone immediately and throughout the week was how impeccably clean the unit was for our arrival. It became a sort of game to find some dust or something uncleaned and no one ever found anything. There was some concern about feeling like we would be on display in the hot tub being right on the main road but that was a total non-issue. There's so very little car or foot traffic on Village road to begin with, plus you're elevated with a couple trees blocking you. All in all everyone in the group loved the condo and the location. We would rent One Breck Place, and specifically Unit 16 again without even looking elsewhere. Something we had discussed was that with Great Western Lodging renting so many of the units in the complex, even if we had a bigger group we would talk to them about renting a couple units next to each other.

My friends and I have been staying in Breckenridge for the last 8 years and this was one of the best places we have stayed. One of the things that stands out is all the windows that provide lots of light. The rooms were spacious and it was nice that they all had their own full bathrooms. The open kitchen looking out to the wall of south facing windows was wonderful. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy everyone's company with the open floor plan. We also enjoyed that we could leave our snowboards on the rack and drive into the garage. The hottub on the deck was an added bonus along with the short walk to the village pools. The street noise wasn't an issue either. The check in and out was very easy along with the quick response when we had an issue with the surround sound.

This condo was fantastic . A wonderful place to return to after a day's skiing. All the amenities of home and so much space. The kids loved the Jacuzzi! The GWR staff were great; checkin/checkout was very painless. If we return to Breckenridge in future, we would definitely stay here again.

This is our first time staying here. We will definitely be back! Our stay was fantastic. It is a beautiful place with lots of light. It has a well stocked kitchen, hot tub, flat screen t.v.'s . It is a great location. You can walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Great Western Lodging was great. We have used their services for other stays in Breckenridge. Keith is terrific.
