The condo was wonderful. It was in a great location, had a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that it seemed the A/C was eithet turned off or broken which made the room very hot and a little uncomfortable at night. I tried opening the windows but they don't open and the fans are sub par. But when I informed management, they couldn't fix it during our stay but wwe're very kind about it.

The operations department has been notified as the windows should all open and to check out the fans to ensure they are all in great working order – thank you for noting! There is no air conditioning in most properties in Breckenridge, but the windows should most definitely open.

Overall we love staying here. Nice setup, well located, good view from hottub. The only issue we have with this unit was that it had a mountain view... which was great, except that it also overlooked a parking lot (loud partying until 3 am, which is tough when you want to sleep with windows open in the summer)and the light from the front of the building glowed into this unit all night as well, so it was like sleeping under a street light. Would definitely go back to the other side of the building (which we stayed in last time we were here). Also, the internet worked for my husband's Kindle Fire, but would not work with my iPad.
