This property is located just down the street from the Riverwalk Center, providing an easy walk to town, or to the ski slopes. This Breckenridge condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, top-of-the-line stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, and one underground parking space. Guests also enjoy the great views of Horseshoe Bowl and the rest of Breckenridge Ski Area. The complex has one outdoor hot tub, a fitness room, and conference facilities.

The adaptive Ski Center recommended this unit because it was wheelchair accessible. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here. We love the condo; it's very convenient to the slopes and the town. A couple of issues though; the unit is very warm (and we're from Florida). We opened the windows, but then we heard the noise from the sidewalk. I mentioned this last year, but it clearly wasn't fixed. Secondly, and more important, was the new high top kitchen table. My son is in a wheelchair (reason we were in this unit in the first place), and he couldn't even sit at the table! I was so upset to see this when we first walked in. I had to place his meal on the chair as there was nowhere for him to eat. I'm not sure what was wrong with the table from last year? Since this is one of the few accessible condo's in the resort, please keep the furniture accessible as well!! We ended up eating more meals out because of this, which of course is more expensive. I would like to see some kind of compensation for this. Overall it was a great week, but these kinds of "surprises" when travelling with someone in a wheelchair are quite upsetting.

This unit just recently sold to new owners and they must have put in the new high top table without any correspondence to our office, as this was the first we had heard about the new table. We wish that you had contacted us during your stay as we have a meeting room on site with normal tables and we easily could have switched the table out for your stay or provided a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Please do not hesitate to call the office during your stay with any concerns like this or other issues that may come up.

Condo was great. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Nice view of mountains. Balcony was wonderful to see mountains and read and enjoy the weather. Only complaint was the sheets on bed were like sandpaper...very rough. The mattress was uncomfortable, also. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

The condo was wonderful. It was in a great location, had a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that it seemed the A/C was eithet turned off or broken which made the room very hot and a little uncomfortable at night. I tried opening the windows but they don't open and the fans are sub par. But when I informed management, they couldn't fix it during our stay but wwe're very kind about it.

Overall we love staying here. Nice setup, well located, good view from hottub. The only issue we have with this unit was that it had a mountain view... which was great, except that it also overlooked a parking lot (loud partying until 3 am, which is tough when you want to sleep with windows open in the summer)and the light from the front of the building glowed into this unit all night as well, so it was like sleeping under a street light. Would definitely go back to the other side of the building (which we stayed in last time we were here). Also, the internet worked for my husband's Kindle Fire, but would not work with my iPad.
