This spacious two bedroom Sawmill Creek condo has been updated and renovated recently to give you a wonderful at home feel. The well-equipped kitchen opens up to the living area where you can watch the new big flat screen TV while snacking at the breakfast bar. This condo also comes with free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer as well as a covered parking space. Sawmill Creek offers two indoor common area hot tubs, shared grills on the patio and an excellent location to town and the ski resort. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock run, it is a nice and easy way to get back after a day on the mountain. After relaxing in the hot tubs, take the walk to downtown historic Main Street and visit our numerous shops and restaurants, just a block away.

The accommodations were great! We loved having 2 bedrooms that easily slept 6 people. The open floor plan for the main living space worked well for our group. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown, and the use of the hot tubs to relax in the evening.

Great place and location, clean and updated. Only issues is the second bedroom mattresses very uncomfortable to un-sleep-able and no locks on master bedroom door and bathroom.
I would stay there again.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The staff were friendly and the bus stop was good on non busy days. The town is very close. We did have some problems with the original cleaning (there was some trash under furniture and towels were left in the dryer). It was great to ski back to the elevator at the end of the day.

We loved the location of Sawmill Creek condos and Great Western Lodging does a great job of managing the property. It's a quick 2 block walk to Main Street, with great restaurants, bars, shops and the local market and the ski-in amenity is fabulous. What I didn't realize when booking this condo, is that the gondola only takes you to the base of peak 7 or 8...not to the top of the mountain! Guess that's a first-timer to Breckenridge oversite! The condo itself has an updated kitchen and bathroom, but the furnishings are completely outdated. The bedcovers/linens are super worn and the furniture is "meh." Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but glad that we were out on the slopes for the majority of time!

We stayed in Sawmill Creek Unit 212 for a family ski trip. It was my wife and I, 2 daughters, and 3 grandchildren, 5, 2, and 10 mos. The condo had everything we needed. A well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, plenty of towels, and a washer and dryer. What's really great is the location. For getting to the ski location, it's a short walk to the gondola, or you can catch the bus at the 4 O'clock Run stop to get to the gondola, ride to Peak 9, or even City Market. And getting back from sking is great, just take the 4 O'clock Run. We would come in for lunch each day. A two block walk and you are on Main Street. I think this location is even better than staying at one of the bases, Peak 9, 8, or 7. Easy access to sking and close to town.

Stayed at Sawmill 6 times so far with 5 in 212. Great spot and will return next year!! The only complaint is the showerheads! They hurt!

After not getting to stay at Sawmill last year, we were finally back and what a difference! My family and I love Sawmill Condos, and we especially loved unit 212. It had everything we needed for a perfect family ski trip. We will be sure to reserve early this year for our next trip and hopefully be back in unit 212.

Everything was easy to access and the staff was very helpful. The property was clean and had all the amenities stated. Only downfall is there was no AC, which was only an issue during the day. Definitely recommend this for a weekend stay!
