With two full bathrooms, everyone has space and privacy. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Guests of Beaver Run Resort enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Peak 9 along with a wide range of on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, restaurants, bars, and a full-service spa. The resort also features a fitness center, arcade, ski rentals, underground parking, and a 24-hour front desk. A free shuttle service makes it easy to explore downtown Breckenridge without needing a car.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
