This is a prime location to all Breckenridge has to offer! The Chimney Ridge Townhomes are located very close to the Peak 9 Beaver Run SuperChair and Quicksilver SuperChair and historic Main Street Breckenridge. Walk just 700 feet from the condo to ski down to the Quicksilver lift.

The two bedroom townhome style property offers a split tri-level layout conducive to families. The equipped kitchen is spacious and has plenty of countertop space for all your meal prep. The kitchen and dining area open up to the living room, which has high ceilings for a spacious feel while you relax by the fireplace.

It is ½ block to the Ski Area and free ski/town shuttle. As a guest of Chimney Ridge, you will have complimentary access to the Upper Village Clubhouse . The clubhouse is about 1 block from the Chimney Ridge Townhomes. Additional amenities include fully equipped kitchen, private heated garage, wood fireplace, and private washer/dryer.

The balconies off the primary bedroom and the living area offer added outdoor space for guests. Wireless internet and cable TV are perfect for remote working guests. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village Pool's outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, just a short 3 minute walk from the townhome.

Great location — outdated amenities

Perfect location. Only a 2.5 min walk to the Quicksilver Superchair! Also close to downtown and shuttles. Downside is it is outdated. Be prepared to use an oven from the ?70s? It is tiny and hard to use (who knows what temperature it was actually at). Other than that, great stay.

Great location with about 5 minute walk to quicksilver lift and 5 minute walk to town for Main Street. House was great and warm. Garage to park car with firewood. Finishes are outdated but had that cool retro vibe.

Great location which you can walk to quicksilver lift and to start of mainstreet in town. Both are about 5 minutes or less. Garage to park car and it has wood for fireplace. Although house gets extremely hot already. Outdated finishes but this house is great location.

Only reason it didn’t get a perfect 5 star rating was because it was outdated. That being said the price reflects that and the location was amazing. My family of 5 had a great trip and the condo was exactly what we needed, we weren’t there to watch tv we were there to ski!

Perfect location! Less than 5 minute walk (in ski gear) to get to the lifts! The lift has several great green runs so perfect for families with kids just learning to ski. Also a short walk to downtown. My family had a wonderful stay here!

Our family of 4 adults stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the full kitchen, fireplace, and several days of skiing. Garage was stocked with firewood. Restaurants in town are closing at 9 due to covid. We love this place, cover our face, and we’ll be back!!
