This stunning, luxury private home is nestled in Breckenridge's private residential Peak 7 neighborhood, on the infamous ski hill road, with close access to Peak 8 for skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer, or a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown Breckenridge for dining and shopping. Hygge House (a Danish word pronounced hoo-ga), is luxury at it's finest in one of the most magical, remote areas of Breckenridge. This house is perfect for families or people who want to stay out of the bustle of downtown Breckenridge and enjoy some quiet seclusion close to the slopes.

Adorned with custom wood paneling, large windows, and a brand new private hot tub, this 4 bedroom home greets you upon arrival with welcoming and warm arms. As you enter into your vacation rental, you are quickly greeted with ample sunlight, stunning modern furnishings including a gorgeous chandelier highlighting the stone built fireplace, and a large open living, dining and kitchen area perfect for a Breckenridge vacation with friends and family.

After a day of mountain activities, enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen that includes a mountain modern feel with stainless steel appliances, and white quartz countertops. The dining table seats 8 and allows you to take in the Breckenridge views while enjoying a home-cooked mail.

On the main level access the primary master bedroom which offers stunning windows, a king bed. a walk-in closet, and stunning bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The second master bedroom suite has cozy furnishings, a king bed, a private walk out patio to soak in the hot tub, and a beautifully built master bathroom suite with walk in shower and dual sinks. The third and fourth bedrooms provide bunk beds for plenty of sleeping arrangements.

Please note that this unit allows 3 parking vehicles max.

Important to note, this is a residential neighborhood and quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are strictly enforced. Parties or loud groups will not be tolerated here.

This was a great house! It was clean, modern and very large for our group of 6. It is in a great location for skiing at all the different peaks. It was also a nice distance to the downtown area for shopping, bars and restaurants. It was even close to one of the snowmobiling places we went to. The hot tub was great to use after a day of skiing/snowmobiling for all the aches and pains. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had no issues with anything on this property.

We loved our stay here.
