Happy New Year! We enjoyed our stay.  Second year in this building and the best unit so far.  We have a condo at the beach, and truly appreciate a well stocked and cozy condo.  Great place, location, and everything you need.

What a cozy and lovely condo for our family vacation.  We loved the well stocked kitchen, games and plenty of space for my family of 5 (our son loved the pull out sofa) Lots of football on the awesome TV, bonus to sync up with our apps.  We definitely recommend to family and friends.  Happy 2024!

What a cozy well stocked home.  Enough pillows and towels too.  We have been so comfprtable here and have felt right at home.  Beds and furniture are comfy.  Only thing we wish we had was the remote to stream becasue my husband is a sports addict and didn't have his Sunday Ticket . . Didn't bother me any :)   Last night there though, husband discovered he can talk to the remote! Stream On!

This place was great!  A home away from home. We loved just about everything!  Although our truck didn't fit in the parking garage, we were able to park nearby which wasn't too bad.

My family and I recently enjoyed a 5 night stay at Woods Manor. The condo was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children and the updated furnishings we very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was ample entryway storage for ski apparel and a separate storage locker for skis/snowboards. The gas fireplace was nice after a day on the slopes as was the community hot tub however the jets were not functioning properly during our stay. Both the Quicksilver lift and downtown were within a 10 min easy walk. One small opportunity for improvement would be more care with snow removal on the driveway as the continuous melting and freezing during our stay made the driveway quite slippery. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Breckinridge and would recommend this condo.

5 mins from Main St gets you to the lifts or a restaurant in short time. The condo has Mountain Views and is comfortable and efficient. Our family of 5 enjoyed the condo immensely!

Well appointed, modern. Spacious enough for our 3 adults and kids + a rented crib. Bathrooms / showers were great. Gas fireplace was broken, they sent someone the next morning to fix, but it immediately broke again after service. A bummer if that's a key part of your cozy winter vacation. Wayfinding in the building could be better. Physical key did not work anywhere - luckily all the code entries worked easily! But since we had to make a special trip to return the key to the office, key only served as an annoyance.

Condo was nice, less then 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. The walk back to the house is all up hill which is rough after skiing all day. I know there is a shuttle but we didn’t attempt to use it. Condo had all cooking pots/pans. We were able to make big breakfasts and dinners each night. We found the hot tub, sauna, steam room, ping pong table, and foseball the last night were were there. It was nice to soak after a day on the hill. Would recommend to a friend or family member looking to ski in breckenridge.

We were in Breck as part of a surprise engagement party. We spent the days relaxing and enjoying all the town had to offer. The unit was clean, well laid out and had many touches that made our stay very comfortable. Loved the wine fridge and the well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The elevator from the heated garage up to the unit was a great addition for us as one of the family had limited mobility.

The big screen TV was perfect for catching up on a couple movies.

The towels and linens were soft and fluffy. We did manage to drain the hot water heater a couple times, but we figured out how to stagger showers.

The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is the gas fireplace wasn’t working and the complex hot tub was not working. We know this isn’t the owners responsibility, but that amenity was one of the factors that influenced our selection of this unit.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here and it accommodated us comfortably. It was 5-10 minute walk to the base of peak 9. There was a minor issue in that the physical keys we were given on check-in did not work for the ski locker or front door, but we were able to gain entry with the key code with no problem. We would stay here again.

This unit, A201, was exceptionally appointed. New appliances, wine fridge, washer/dryer, new and furniture, new carpet. Master room is huge with walk-in closet. Bathrooms are good sized and nicely done. Location was great. We only drove twice in 6 days-- once to the grocery store and once to a trail just outside of town. Otherwise we walked daily to Main Street to shop and browse. Plenty of trailheads nearby accessible on foot also. My only issue was the community hot tub was not heated and when I called the number for it to be serviced I got a recording that the property manager was not servicing the property any longer. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have been able to use it. It's not worth decreasing to 4 stars over a hot tub so it still gets a 5-star rating. Also, don't let the dated carped in the lobby worry you... the unit is VERY nice and updated. We also really liked the keycode entry system. We've stayed in lots of locations in Breckenridge over the years and this is by far THE BEST one. Highly recommend.

The little details made this unit the best we've experienced in Breck. We've (just 2 of us) rented many condos through GWL the past 10 years, all have been nice - but this was our favorite so far. Though we like to try new places each time we go, we'll definitely consider staying here again.
-Amazing view from the deck of the resort
-High-end finishes, all necessary daily items including well-stocked kitchen, laundry etc., fans, humidifiers, wine cooler
-Easy walk to Main Street
-Really appreciated the big TVs, lighting on dimmers, gas fireplace
-The hybrid office/second bedroom with Murphy bed was excellent for working remotely
-Any small concerns or questions are always handled quickly by GWL. Check-in & check-out always fast and easy.

The apartment is awesome and it was really well fitted! Location was great. 13 minute walk to the lifts and a bus stop just in front of the premises to come back. I would definitely consider this place again for my visit to Brecken.

The space was very nice & location great.

I took a star off bc the hot tub was closed & that’s a big reason we chose this place. Next was communication. I love Airbnb bc I can communicate directly in app but they don’t do that at this listing, you have to call a front desk like a hotel.

This is a spacious, nicely decorated and finished condo! It has everything you need with comfortable beds, 3 TVs, beautiful gas fireplace, 2 full baths, new flooring, furnace, countertops and beautiful appliances. Highly recommended!
