Upon entry, immediately access the private washer and dryer, and the stairs to the second level main floor of the condo. At the stop of the stairs you are greeted with gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4, and an open living space with cozy, modern furniture, and a desk for at-home-work. In addition, access the private balcony with views of the Breckenridge Ski area and historic downtown.

The bedroom features a queen bed, as well as access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Situated above the highly recommended Aurum Food and Wine restaurant, this luxury condo is surrounded by dining, shopping, nightlife, and is quick walk to the BreckConnect Gondola to access the ski area.

The pictures accurately represent the style and cleanliness of the apartment ... the view of the mountain was an added bonus. But, it’s main draw is the location in town as you can walk anywhere easily (coffee, dinner, lifts/gondola). Also, the restaurant downstairs (Aurum) was delicious and everyone there was helpful during our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Only a short walk to ski hill. Would recommend getting there early for checkin as our process was not easy. Would also recommend keeping a window open in the bedroom at night as it gets very hot.

Beautiful light filled unit with amazing views. Fantastic location. Clean, contemporary and comfortable. We loved staying there. Went to the Aurum restaurant below the unit for happy hour and then dinner. Great food and service. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
