Great location, for either Snowflake lift or next to 4 O Clock Road, and easily close to Main St if you wanted to walk as well. Had one side of the stove not working but was quickly addressed the next day to help fix it to cook on. Fireplace keeps the place nice and warm during winter time!

We had a great ski weekend and this was a great location with everything we needed! We loved the proximity to the snowflake lift, the hot tub/steam room, and heated parking. We will be back!

We were just a few steps away from snowflake chair. Clean and comfortable and close to walking to Main Street area for shopping.

The amenities here were great! Just a few feet from the snowflake lift. A little confusion when checking in because the instructions had a separate location that you had to go to that was 5-10 min away from the actual sites address. Once we got to the condo it was amazing! Great space for 2 people and all of the appliances and kitchen supplies you need if you want to prepare breakfast before hitting the slopes! On site they had a steam room, sauna, and 2 hot tubs (inside and outside). The garage is heated with a ski locker to put your gear. The trails to get back to the base (4 o clock or snowflake) are pretty flat though and do take some poleing. Right next to a free bus stop that takes you into town but is only about a half mile away if you walk. We are hoping to make plans to come back next year!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful location within steps to the Snowflake chairlift and ticket office of the Breckenridge ski resort. Smooth check-in especially if you’re driving a car as there is a garage and you are given a spot to park. Hot tub, sauna, and steam room were amazing to use on-site as well! Overall, we would recommend this place especially for anyone looking to explore the nature of Colorado or ski and snowboard in some of the best ski resorts in the world (Vail, Breckenridge, etc.)

This place was an amazing place if you're looking to ski! When we got there we knew we would be close to the Snowflake lift, but it's literally right outside... No more than 20 steps and you're on the lift up!
The place was clean, and had everything that we needed for two guys on a ski trip. I probably wouldn't recommend having more than 2 people, 3 would be okay if you're alright with sleeping in the same bed. You probably wouldn't want to double up in the pullout couch.
Check in process was simple, and the cleanup process was simple.
Overall would definitely recommend, and will be back!!

Great value option for my fiancé and I. I wouldn't stay there with another person/couple as there is little privacy in the studio set-up, there aren't any doors except the shower/toilet room. It's about a half-mile walk to town and a very convenient ski in/ski out, there's even a small trail that leads to the back door. You can click into your skis right at the door and ride to Snowflake chair lift, zero walking. The "kitchen", or perhaps more of a kitchenette, is small but functional - two burner stove, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Has a nice gas fireplace that keeps the place very warm. We frequently had to open the windows as to let the hot air out. I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

The condo building is just steps away from the snowflake lift, and there is even a ski equipment rental place next door. Couldn’t ask for a better stay for two people in Breck.

Easy ski-in ski-out condo to the Snowflake Lift with heated garage and an elevator which was especially useful while wearing ski boots. Our unit had a pipe start leaking in the bathroom on a Sunday night, and the staff worked quickly to fix the leak, clean up the floor, and reimburse us for the trouble. I would stay here again based on the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff alone.
