Step back and have a great time in this cozy two bedroom Sawmill Creek condo. Located just one block from historic Main Street and 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock run, you are surrounded by everything. This unit has a welcoming stone gas fireplace, as well as a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Take a dip in the two indoor hot tubs, enjoy the shared grills and a covered parking space. Just outside the complex is the nearest bus to take you to your next skiing destination. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Location excellent, bus stop outside 20 yards, beaver creek chair 2 stops away. Ski back 4 o'clock run to 20 yards of front door. Downtown within very close walking distance. Cons: beds uncomfortable, bath fan not working, humidifier ditto. Otherwise we'll stocked kitchen.

The walkability of this condo can't be beat, having downtown Breck at your fingertips allows for easy access to bars, shops and food. Once we arrived we ditched the car and didn't have a need for it until we left. 5 adults fit comfortably, great patio space.

Location was great - 9 steps from where we took our boards/skis off to elevator and close to downtown. It is advertised as sleeping 10 - we had 4 adults and we fit OK - more than that would have been very cramped. Beds were great, furniture not all that comfy. I thought kitchen was well supplied (with exception of no coffee filters - I know it warns there are not any, but still . . .)

Great view, great location. Convenient to any events in town. Fairly recent update,but some real disappointments. Pillows on sofa were streaming strings and should be replaced. Bedroom even worse. Pillows were unsleepable. One actually seemed to have balls of something semi-solid inside. Blanket on master bed had edges literally worn through and in tatters. There were holes in several of our towels. An investment in new linens is long overdue! The layout of these condos is unusual, with the worst feature being the extremely long and narrow galley kitchen. Limited dishes and cooking tools. But the location and view is worth a lot! A few improvements would make it a no-brainer choice.
