Description

Upping our cleanliness standards: Our main priority is keeping guests and staff safe through this time. Not only are we following and closely monitoring CDC cleanliness guidelines, VRBO cleanliness guidelines, and town jurisdictions, we executed robust cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures for the inside of each of our vacation rentals as well as our linens.

Guest quality assurance: We are offering virtual check-in to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines for our guests. We want all guests to feel safe and comfortable while staying with us!

This lovely three bedroom plus loft condo is in a fantastic corner location with picturesque views in every direction via the 3 private balconies. It is located 20 yards from the Four O'clock run allowing ski-in/ski-out access. Featuring updated stainless kitchen appliances, cozy furnishings, pool table and two private decks with outstanding views, the whole family will enjoy this spacious penthouse. This building is also located just one block from Main Street, which provides dining, shopping and entertainment well within reach. In the summer, relax and enjoy an outdoor BBQ at the shared gas grills at Sawmill Creek condos. The complex offers indoor hot tubs, covered parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Lots of space for all to spread out and enjoy the home! The kitchen was fully equipped and the ski-in ability was absolutely amazing. We loved having the hot tub access and the added in-home sauna!
The beds are not the most comfortable, as many of us had a hard time sleeping, something that will need to be replaced soon. A great value for the stay, I would still recommend!

We loved this spacious condo just one block from downtown. The views were great and there is lots of room in the condo. Easy access via elevator and great underground parking. There is also very nice customer service. The only drawback might be two baths if you had a large group, but for two couples it was perfect. We highly recommend this condo and would love to come back!

This is our second year booking this exact condo, needless to say we LOVE this place!! Everyone was just as happy with our stay this year as we were last year and plan on coming back. The condo is perfect for larger groups, it offers plenty of space and amenities for everyone. The pool table in the second living space is everyone's favorite after a long day on the slopes. Believe me you will be more than happy with this condo. Thank you Great Western Lodge for such an awesome stay, 2 years in a row!!

This condo has lots of space to eat and play with 2 family rooms, a pool table, and a large kitchen. Also the location right off of 4 o'clock was great for skiing in, and it's a quick shuttle to the gondola. There's a nice view off of the balcony and easy access to stairs and an elevator. Also we rented our skis right across the street and that was really convenient. I did have the same two issues as the previous reviewer: 1 - The electrical outlets are weird. We all had the hardest time getting our chargers to stay plugged in and 2 - We really could have used one more restroom. There are only 2 and one is in the master so it's not the most convenient for those not sleeping in that bedroom. Overall the group loved the condo and we would consider renting it again. I'd certainly recommend it for a group who is Ok with 2 bathrooms.

This comfy condo was fantastic and we would totally stay there again. Stayed with two other families and plenty of room to cook, play pool and have fun without filling like we were on top of each other. It was just a short bus ride to the Snowflake lift and then you could ski back to the condo so was nice and convenient for skiing. It was also close enough to walk to the grocery store and to main street so if you took a shuttle from Denver airport, you don't necessarily have to rent a car. The only negative things I would have to say were that the power outlets didn't work very well and would be nice to have one more bathroom. Otherwise, if you have a big family or a big group of three families with kids, would absolutely recommend staying at this property. We hope to go back next year!

This is a great condo with space galore and very convenient to grocery store, gondola, and easy walk downtown to all the cute little shops. It is a ski in condo which was nice for all the skiers in our group and there is Christy Sports right across the street to rent your ski equipment. I liked that it was on the 4th floor so you didn't hear any noise above you and that it had an elevator for easy access. Views of the mountains from this condo were spectacular. 2 hot tubs were nice and never seemed busy even over the New Years holiday. Fireworks and light parade very easily visible out the windows and the 3 decks were nice. Easy to get to condo as you come into town and don't have to go through the busy main street. Would definitely come back here again and would recommend this condo to anyone with a big group. Can accommodate 12 easily with room to spare. Never felt crowded. We loved our Breckenridge vacation!

This condo was absolutely PERFECT!!! The pictures of the condo on Air BNB/Great Western Lodge matched to a T. It offers access to all of Breckenridge and stunning views from condo #401. The condo was in walking distance to all bars, eateries, shopping, free shuttles and ski lifts. The pool table within the condo was an awesome little perk for the family to hangout and play on the cold windy nights after being on the slopes all day. We are already planning our next years Christmas trip! I would highly recommend this rental to any and all!

Large well equipped Condo with great views and plenty of space. Easy access to town and golf.

You just can't beat this Breckenridge condo with the pool table and space galore for all parties to move around freely without getting in each others way. Perfect access to town, the gondola, groceries and restaurants. Love Breckenridge and will return again for more summer fun with the family. The unit could use some blinds for the loft windows and the master bedrooms high window in the ceiling but other than that is was wonderful.

I love this condo! I have stayed here 5 times in the past 4 years and I am already booked for another trip next year.
Please note that I did a full review on 03/14/2013 as well (check it out). Todays review will be an update to that report...
Let's start with the location. Well, it's hasn't moved, lol! Still the best location in regard to ski in/Main St. I have yet to see.

The cost still makes this the best location for a larger group. In fact I pushed over the limit rating of 12 people on a couple of my nights and still felt as though we could have held more. Limiting factors still include bathroom/shower space, but this condo easily fits the max of 12 they advertise. Even if your group was smaller I think this condo would be a bargain if considering a cost per person analysis.

A couple of years ago the elevator went down for less than a day. I am happy to report that subsequently over 3 stays in the last two years we have not experienced any such problems. I am still very confident that this property is being managed well and if anything did occur the problem would be handled promptly and professionally.

I didn't notice anything having been updated over the last four years, and I'm not about to complain!!! I feel that if anything major was done the owners would have reason to warrant a significant rate increase and that is definitely not what I want. This condo is in perfect working order. and that's all I need.

2016 here we come!!!
