This stunning private home has a split level floorplan offering the living area, wonderfully appointed chef's kitchen, and dining area on the main floor with expansive Master Bedroom and Bath - two other full bedrooms, a full bath, along with access to a huge private deck offering breathtaking mountain views and equipped with a grill for Summer BBQ'ing. Other amenities include a downstairs living area with game table and a big screen TV with surround sound. The lower level living space has an additional bedroom and bathroom. There is a walk out patio off of the downstairs living room with private yard area. A third living area has been setup as a 5th bedroom along with a half bath. The 2 car heated private garage has plenty of space for your vehicles and mountain accessories. The laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the main level off of the Twin Bunk room bathroom. Situated on over a half an acre in a beautiful wooded area, this home offers privacy for guests while being able to enjoy views of the iconic Ten Mile Mountain range from almost every room in the house.

This property is beautiful and thoughtful with outrageous views and the loveliest interior you could dream of! I won't go into all the details but if you find this place available for the dates you want book it now! Great Western Lodging is also the best property management company I have ever been in contact with. 5 star service the whole way through! They helped us check in early, shoveled the driveway, and were instantly on top of any maintenance requests. Can't recommend highly enough :)

We enjoyed the amount of space for all 15 of my family members. The house was spotless, and the beds comfortable. The heated floors were a plus. Having a complimentary shuttle to Breckenridge was convenient. The driveway is steep, and a four-wheel-drive would be a plus when in icy conditions.
