Upon entry to this two-story vacation rental, you are quickly greeted with mountain modern decor, stunning mountain views, and cozy furnishings. The living room offers hardwood flooring, an LED flatscreen TV, a wood burning fireplace, as well as access to the private balcony. Stay in and cook in the updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, as well as granite counter tops. Also on the entry level floor, access the private washer and dryer, as well as the first bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs provides access to the second bedroom with stunning mountain views and a private balcony, as well as the third bedroom with TV and gorgeous mountain views. The second and third bedrooms share the upstairs, second bathroom.

After a fun day hiking or skiing, relax is the six-person private hot tub that overlooks downtown with views of Breckenridge ski area in the distance. This downtown townhome is the perfect vacation rental for a work-from home getaway, family vacation or ski trip with friends.

Awesome townhouse just one block off of Main Street. The unit is decorated nicely and was perfect for a family vacation. The beds are super comfortable and adjustable! The mountain view is outstanding… and that you get to experience it from your own private hot tub is a definite bonus! I hope I have the opportunity to stay in this lovely townhouse in the perfect location again.

Very nice condo with a perfect location. Walking to everything in town and gondola. Adequately supplied, beds are wonderful.
Would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely great having a private hot tub, overlooking the slopes and town, beautiful view!
However, we did have to have the hot tub drained and refilled, which I feel should have been done before check in!

We had a great time at this condo during our weekend ski trip to Breckenridge! The place was perfect for 6 adults. It is only a short walk to Main St., the Breck Gondola, and plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The best part is the balcony with a 6-person hot tub and beautiful views of the mountains! The common space is a bit small, but it was cozy. The rooms were great sizes. Highly recommend the rental!

Was perfect for me, my husband, 1 year old son and nanny. She always brought us in the morning to peak 8, but we tended to get the gondola back and walk. Was 4 blocks, was not bad at all. The only complaint we had was the inability to control the temperature. In general it was hot, but a minor adjustment would make it freezing. This was most noticeable in rooms with doors shut- the first morning, our sons room was an ice box.

Had an amazing time, close to the gondola, hot tub on the deck. Perfect place to come back and relax in after a day on the mountain. The front door was a little tricky to open but eventually got the hang of it. Walking distance to everything we needed.
