Easy to access ground level accommodations. Garage parking for one, with good height, able to fit a Subaru Forrester with a roof box attached. Additional parking for one vehicle outside of the garage. Quick walk to/from peak 9 base and Main Street.

Great location in Breckenridge!
We stayed here over Christmas. The location is an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift, as well as Breckenridge main street.
Parking at the unit is very easy. They have a heated garage plus a second spot in front of the garage. If you are renting ski gear, we got the Breck ski gear delivery. Then you can leave all your ski gear inside the garage and it's not cold. The first floor unit is right behind the garage, so it is very convenient.
There is a free sledding hill called Carter Park Sledding Hill within walking distance or a few minute drive. They had a bunch of sleds inside the heated garage which was great.
One note on the road/gate to get in. When we first arrived by GPS, we came to the gate on the north side of the condo complex off Main street. I don't think this gate opens for cars. You need to come in from the Broken Lance drive side.

Good location that was walkable to Quicksilver lift (5-10 minutes) and shops/restaurants. Heated garage (not attached but very close) with boot/glove dryers and racks for skis was a nice plus not mentioned in description. Queen bed with bunk over it in one of bedrooms was not ideal and maybe better suited to kids.

We put the place to the test and enjoyed every inch of what it had to offer. There were 10 in our group from teens to adults. It was so nicely maintained, the kitchen had everything you would need…even a cheese grater, crock pot, and an electric hot water pot. It was an easy shot to Main Street and so walkable. The heated garage for a car and ski equipment was perfect! The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes and beds were comfy. The only suggestion I would have is to have more towels. That was our only challenge with 10 people trying to use the hot tub and shower with no extra towels. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. We all loved our stay here!

Location is excellent, the hot tub is great after hitting the slopes, the kitchen is very well stocked. Nice to have space for 5 adults especially with 3 bathrooms. Very close to town if you’d rather walk and again super easy to get to quicksilver lift. Heated floors are very nice as is the fireplace that puts out a lot of heat.

very cozy and comfortable Airbnb a 7 minute walk from quicksilver. kitchen was well stocked, condo was clean, garage was heated with boot/glove warmer/dryer. Was a great stay overall. would recommend turning the fireplace off at night as it can dehydrate you.

Our family spent Thanksgiving here and absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed for cooking a great meal. The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s more amazing in real life. Very comfortable and great location. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the proximity to the village in Breckenridge. We enjoyed the private hot tub every night. The kitchen had all the essentials. The access to the garage was a nice surprise. We utilized the sleds in the garage at nearby Carter park!

Stunning condo, with a very centralized location, walking distance to Main Street (downtown) where all the bars, restaurants, and shops are! Also, very Aesthetically pleasing allowing for great pictures!
