This beautifully decorated, top-floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 and is located in the highly sought-after South building of The Corral—just a quick walk to Main Street, the ski lifts, and easy access to the free shuttle for skiing, shopping, and dining.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from both sides of the condo, including panoramic vistas of the Tenmile Range right from the living room. Thoughtfully updated, the space features modern mountain décor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and brand-new mattresses in every bedroom for a restful night’s sleep.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for dining in, with new appliances—including a new dishwasher—and everything you need to prepare meals like a pro. You'll also find fans and humidifiers in every room for added comfort during every season.

Unwind on your private balcony with a grill, ideal for taking in the views after a day on the slopes. Inside, cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch the sunset in pure mountain style. This condo also includes a heated parking lot for easy snow control and a private garage space for added convenience.

Located at the south end of Main Street within walking distance of the base of Peak 9, this Breckenridge condo is also located on the free shuttle route and just a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift.

All guests can enjoy the very large, 14 person, outdoor hot tub on site, fitness room, game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, 55 inch TV, and lounge area.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great Family Getaway

The place had plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the TV set-up and Bluetooth speaker were great…A lot of times that’s not the case. Only downside would be that one side of the unit (the entry and master bedroom windows) faces a Main Street that’s fairly busy. Probably not an issue at all in the winter, but with windows up in the summer it was a little louder than you’d like it to be.

The location was nice. Not in the middle of Main Street but also not a long walk. The hot tub was very spacious but doesn’t open until 10am. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms.

Such a great location! It was so easy to walk to town and to easily take the bus to the slopes. The place was very nice and clean. Check in was easy. For the location, I think you get a great value.

We loved our stay! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could imagine! Tons of pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils. We loved our stay and very close to the ski slopes. We will be back! Thank you for letting us use this beautiful condo!

What a great place to stay in Breckenridge! Main street with all of the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The views from the patio are amazing. We had a family of 5 and had plenty of room and privacy. We loved the steam shower in the master bedroom and the lids loved the jacuzzi tub in the guest bathroom. We also enjoyed the game room in the lobby basement, where there is plenty of room for family board games or pool and ping pong. We would definitely consider returning.

Enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet, and lots of space so I didn't feel cramped - especially the bedrooms. A few minutes walk to Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. Oh, and the heated floors = yes!
