Beautiful and peaceful condo right on the river! Loved the sound of the water and the views from the patio. Great walking paths along the river and just a short walk to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Perfect location and such a relaxing stay!

Beautiful place, brand new. Nice layout with balcony facing the creek for the sunrise every morning. Very clean and comfortable. The shower also had a steam! Near shopping and Dillon reservoir, Frisco and Breck. Outstanding stay.

The condo is gorgeous, and the view is amazing. Plus, there's a great walking trail across the river. (Leave the property, pass by the forest ranger station, take the bridge, turn in front of the town hall.)
It was very comfortable, but the 7:30 a.m. Saturday construction on the complex right across from the bedrooms was a bit annoying.

I absolutely loved this place. The condo was so nice and clean and homey. The river flowing through the back was great for morning coffees. The only two things I will say is during snow season good luck finding your parking spot, they are designated, they plow to the signs and everything was covered. There was times where there wasn’t somewhere to park because people took all the spaces. The beds were a bit hard but despite these things 10/10 would return. The location was fantastic.

If you are going to ski or stay in silverthorne it is a great place. River is nice out the back door and it’s close to everything you need. Description was accurate. Would stay here again.

Such a perfect size condo for 5 adults and an infant! The view from the back porch is beautiful, we had a beautiful view of the river and the neighborhood was quiet and nice! This condos location is close to everything you could possibly need!!!

The sound of the river was so soothing and peaceful, yet the condo is in the heart of Silverthorne. Walked to coffee, Bluebird and groceries. Steam shower is fabulous and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. *Everything* was very clean and worked well. Loved the radiant floor heating, fireplace and the balcony which was perfectly set up for coffee and a book with a cozy throw. Excellent instructions and quick, responsive communication. THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM!! We loved everything about Great Western's space. There were so many touches that stood out to us that we have not experienced at other AirBNBs that we have stayed at. The space is brand new and decorated very nicely. The back patio outside of the sliding glass doors looks out to such a peaceful creek. We spent ALOT of time out here! The beds were very comfortable and all rooms were laid out very well. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had no problem cooking dinner here. Also, the living room had a few throw blankets to use which was a very, very nice touch for those chilly mornings on the patio and at night while watching a movie on the couch. We would recommend this space to anyone looking to go to this area! We hope we can use this space again!
Checkin and checkout instructions were clear, detailed and easy to follow.
Overall this was a great place to stay!!

This property is centrally located and has easy access to get to other cities nearby. The Blue River flowing outside the back balcony is very relaxing. I wish there were ceiling fans installed due to no central air because it can get a little warm during the summer.
