Experience the magic of Breckenridge in this 4-bedroom, 3-bath mountain home, perfect for families or groups. Bright, open living spaces feature a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, a dining area for ten, and a cozy living room with gas fireplace and smart TV. Step outside to the covered deck with a private hot tub and enjoy the peaceful aspen setting—where moose, elk, and other wildlife are frequent visitors, creating a true Colorado mountain experience right from your deck.

The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower with built-in seat. A second king suite also includes its own attached full bath and smart TV, offering another private retreat. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and TV with built-in DVD, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and shares a full bath with the queen room—ideal for kids or larger groups.

Additional conveniences include a heated garage, level driveway, and a covered outdoor deck designed for year-round enjoyment. Nestled in a quiet location just 2.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, the gondola, and the base areas of Peaks 6–9, the home offers both privacy and easy access to town and the slopes.

With space for up to 10 guests, this retreat is ideal for relaxing and creating lasting memories in the Rocky Mountains.

Our home sleeps 10 people. It is ideal for a large family with children or for a multi-family visit. Children under 2 are not recommended due to the floor plan. A 4 Wheel Drive or AWD car is highly recommended. Parking for maximum 3 vehicles.

During the ski season, don't worry about finding a parking space by the gondola- take advantage of the free, private, in-town shuttle!

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Well equipped kitchen. Nice hot tub.
Ceiling fans or extra fans would be nice in bedrooms for ventilation.
Also very nice to be able to pull into the garage. Most places we’ve stayed the garages are locked up.

Great house in the mountains with views

Great house and beautiful views in the mountains. We had awd suv which is recommended to drive up the mountains. Location was secluded enough while still being only 8-10 min drive from Main St. Also enjoyed the open concept between the living room and kitchen as well as the patio. We would stay here again.

This is in a great location , super close to downtown , and at the same time quiet.

Our visit to this home in Breck was nothing short of incredible. So many Airbnbs take photos to make their homes look spacious, then you arrive and find out it's way too small. This home was represented well, no surprises. We were 9 adults and 3 small children and never felt like we were on top of each other. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Two of the BRs have their own bath, so that was also never an issue. The hot tub on the balcony was so enjoyable, and the view was to die for. The area is quiet in a "foresty" setting, yet close to the town where you can get any supplies you need. The kitchen was very well stocked; we lacked for nothing in the pots/pans, dishes, glasses area, and there was even a small supply of those little things you hate to have to go out and buy just for a short trip: spices, oil, sugar, flour, etc. We tried to leave some unopened things for the next guests as well since we were blessed by things left by others. The office is close by and the staff is top notch. Communication was great; any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction immediately. We can't recommend this company highly enough. It was a week full of great memories and fun times!!

This home was very spacious, clean and the location was perfect. Close enough to town and slopes! If your looking for a spacious, cozy cabin feel experience this is the place! We will definitely stay here again.
