This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-level condo at Beaver Run Resort offers the perfect blend of alpine charm and modern comfort. Parking Access: PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Parking is charged per day per vehicle.
If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

This condo is an ideal choice for families who want to ski in and out. It’s conveniently located near the main lobby, and there’s laundry and garage parking available. The place feels like home, and I highly recommend it.
