This one-bedroom unit in Beaver Run sleeps 4 people and includes a full kitchen. The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The Beaver Run 3338 is located at the base of Peak 9 and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night.  Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent.    This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
