This beautifully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in the highly desirable Building 4 of Beaver Run Resort — one of the few true ski-in/ski-out properties in Breckenridge. With the slopes of Peak 9 just outside your door and downtown Breckenridge a short walk away, this cozy alpine retreat offers the best of both worlds.

The living area features a fireplace, vinyl flooring throughout, and large windows that frame stunning mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the slopes. The bedroom sleeps two comfortably, and additional sleeping space accommodates up to four guests total. There is a split amenity bathroom for added privacy and a jetted bathtub for extra comfort. The Beaver Run Resort is located at the base of Peak 9 and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night.  Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage.  If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.  Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
