Parking Access: PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Parking is charged per day per vehicle
If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We loved the resort. The location is physically next to Beaver Run lift. All of the amenities within the resort were fabulous. And it was nice having everything in one place.

The Airbnb was great. However did not realize we were staying at an additional party to Airbnb aka great western. Thus we initially went to check in on Main Street. Then we’re directed to actually location. When arrived they did not know the exact room. It was good we had a car
However beyond the check in confusion, the place was great. Very nice. More like hotel
vibes. The room was a studio, small kitchen, not softest bed. But all we needed for our 4 days just the two of us. Location was FANTASTIC. And hot tubs fitness center market etc were great perks.

Location could not be better and you can get free shuttle anywhere in town. Resort is amazing value. Host was very accommodating and helpful during our check-in which we arrived very early and they helped get us in unit as soon as possible. Would book next time in Breckenridge.
