Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great location. Building 4 is Connected to the conference center. This is an apartment that is privately owned inside building 4. Even though there is room service for the other apartments, it’s not for the private ones. Regular coffee machine but no filters , coffee, nor condiments supplied.- Reviewed On: 2/9/2025

You really can't beat having a view of the slopes from your condo. This was truly a treat for us. Perfect spot for a single or couple. Just thinking of relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing makes me miss this vacation already. A really great stay :)- Reviewed On: 3/2/2024

Overall an excellent place with the perfect ski in/ski out location! The only drawback was a fairly dated kitchen and bathroom, though the shower has been nicely updated. The porch looks directly over the slopes!- Reviewed On: 12/5/2020
