Description

This Studio Suite at Beaver Run sleeps 4 people and includes a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a split amenity bathroom for added privacy. The floor plan offers two separate sleeping areas and a convenient kitchenette. Repainted and re-floored with hardwood throughout the condo, this Studio Suite also features a private balcony. All of our Studio Suites are located in Building 4. The Beaver Run Resort is located a the base of Peak 9, and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Great location. Building 4 is Connected to the conference center. This is an apartment that is privately owned inside building 4. Even though there is room service for the other apartments, it’s not for the private ones. Regular coffee machine but no filters , coffee, nor condiments supplied.

Great place to ski

Super convenient to lifts, cozy, cool view of slopes, stove top so can make dinner rather than eat out, and lots of nearby amenities.Great place to ski Breck.

We loved our stay the Beaver Run Resort. So many amenities and staff was very friendly. We loved how it was very close to town and easy access to the ski lifts.

You really can't beat having a view of the slopes from your condo. This was truly a treat for us. Perfect spot for a single or couple. Just thinking of relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing makes me miss this vacation already. A really great stay :)

Place is super dated but everything works and it was clean. Perfect location near elevator and lockers. Beaver run is weird but awesome. It has everything you need. Highly recommended

Great location if you are skiing in Breckenridge. Photos of the room were not presented, but overall it was a great stay.

Overall an excellent place with the perfect ski in/ski out location! The only drawback was a fairly dated kitchen and bathroom, though the shower has been nicely updated. The porch looks directly over the slopes!
