Description

This Studio Suite at Beaver Run sleeps 4 people and includes a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a split amenity bathroom for added privacy and a jetted bath tub for extra comfort. The floorplan offers two separate sleeping areas and a convenient kitchenette. All of our Studio Suites are located in Building 4. The Beaver Run Resort is located a the base of Peak 9, and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Not so impressed with room

If you want true ski in/ski out with mediocre lodging. This is it. Our room was not so great. The dining table and chairs were terrible. One chair had a broken leg when we checked in and another had 2 loose legs. Not enough towels for 4 people. Very little fridge space and limited cookware. No skillet just one pot. So needless to say we did not cook or eat in the room. Room needs major upgrades as it is a little dated. If you just want the convenience of not driving to the slopes it’s great but I think it’s overpriced for what you get in the room.

Very convenient for ski in and out. Lockers included. Parking is extra fee at the resort. Overall good experience.

True ski-in ski-out property. Clean, convenient. Wonky floorplan, but we were there to ski not hang out inside.

Small property with just enough room for no more than 4 people. My group had 3 and that was a stretch. Has a small kitchenette and small gathering room with a tv. The room is in building 4 of Beaver Run which gives you access to the best ski lockers right on the mountain. Also the property is listed as having a guaranteed parking spot. This means there will be a spot available, not that it is included; you will have to pay extra per day to park here.

Everything was great, gym, pool hot tub etc....! Very close to lifts & very centrally located. Love Breck!
