This gorgeous, newly remodeled, two bedroom condo at Beaver Run on the base of Peak 9 and features custom flooring, stunning stone fireplace, and natural sunlight from the ample windows. Beautifuly decorated with modern decor, sip on your morning coffee while enjoying breathtaking views on the balcony, or nestle next to the cozy fireplace on a cold snowy day. This condo is situated on one level with the bedrooms and the living areas and kitchen all on the main floor. The Beaver Run Resort is located a the base of Peak 9, and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

A great location and the host is very responsive. Comfortable beds and furniture.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views and very walkable to Main Street. The floors of the unit were quite dirty upon checking in but Great Western was very responsive to have them cleaned the next day. Our room keys also stopped working on Friday although we were not due to check out until Sunday. After speaking with the front desk at Beaver Run Resort they stated that our check out day of Friday was accurate which was quite alarming as we had a 2 year old with us and we were not sure what to do. Again, after contacting the helpful agents at Great Western the issue was finally resolved and seemed to be an error on Beaver Run's end. Would definitely stay again after the impressive customer service at Great Western quickly addressed our few issues.

You can’t beat Beaver Run resort building 4 as a ski in ski out location! You ski directly to your ski locker. It is the least walking possible, probably for all of Breckenridge. The connecting halls to other buildings with pools, hot tubs, indoor mini golf air hockey pool tables arcade; plus a mini market and restaurants - can’t be beat!!!

Location location location

The property was exactly as advertised. It is so convenient to the slopes and has everything you need. We were a family of 3 and enjoyed having the 2 full baths and bedrooms. Also, we made our breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen which was well stocked for a rental property.

Condo was very spacious, particularly the kitchen and living room. The ski on/ski off was better than expected... literally right at the lift. Being in building 4 was a perfect location for skiing and the walk into town was easy. When we needed the shuttle to/from town, they were always available. The amenities were more than we expected... you literally could stay there and never leave. We would definitely come back to this condo.

Beautiful little room in a resort allowing access to multiple amenities and less than a half mile to Main Street. The only compliant is that there is no AC in the suite or maybe it wasn’t working but it got really hot even with the fans they provide.

Great location conveniently located at the bottom of Beaver Run lift (less lines). Place was more spacious than anticipated and had plenty of space for kids ski/snowboarding gear that didn’t fit in locker. Wish there was an indoor as well as outdoor hot tub but the amazing restaurants/amenities more than made up for it.

Almost Perfect

We loved our stay, everything about the condo. I was not too crazy to find out that I had to pay $38.00 per day per parking.. I think it should be included in the price or to specify in the listing. The way the listing mentions parking is vague. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property we really enjoyed it.
