This gorgeous, newly remodeled, two bedroom condo at Beaver Run on the base of Peak 9 and features custom flooring, stunning stone fireplace, and natural sunlight from the ample windows. Beautifuly decorated with modern decor, sip on your morning coffee while enjoying breathtaking views on the balcony, or nestle next to the cozy fireplace on a cold snowy day. This condo is situated on one level with the bedrooms and the living areas and kitchen all on the main floor. The Beaver Run Resort is located a the base of Peak 9, and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

This unit was absolutely perfect for two couples as there were two king size beds(our party included 4 adults and 1 child). We loved the location and being able to ski-in ski-out was so convenient. Two lifts are right out the back door of building 4. This peak has many green and blue slopes for less advanced skiers. Our 9-year-old had the time of his life and rated the vacation 10/10, better than Disney! We loved the conveniences at Beaver Run, from the location, to the market, ice cream shop, Starbucks, arcade, restaurants, pools and hot tubs, spa...we took advantage of everything. Our only regret was that we only stayed 5 nights! I will say that the master bathroom was a strange configuration where you had to walk through the shower to get to the side of the bathroom with the toilet (unless you left the bedroom and went through the hallway), so that was different, but it did not negatively affect my review. Unit was clean, kitchen was well stocked, staff were very helpful if you needed anything like extra towels. The ski lockers are spacious enough to store about 3 sets of ski gear and this unit came with 2 lockers which was wonderful.

The unit was clean and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Building 4 is right next to the Beaver Run lift so that was nice. Just some minor inconveniences such as the blow dryer didn’t work but overall it was a nice place. I would recommend getting different bar stools as they are much too high for the kitchen counter.

Great ski in and ski out property. Apartment was clean and spacious. Easy access to beaver run chair lift which puts you at the top of peak 9. All the amenities - Resturant, bar, ski locker, market, and hot tubs. 10 minute walk to Mainstreet. Would stay here again.

This 2 bedroom also has 2 pull out sofas so sleeps plenty of people, and the pictures can be slightly deceiving of the amount of space due to the lay out. There is a large dining table plus plenty of seating around the kitchen island.

We had so much fun at this location! Several of our families stayed at Beaver Run and the condo that I rented was large enough that we were able to host dinners and had room for everyone to have a place to sit, visit or play games. The staff were very friendly and were quick to respond to our every request. Ski in and Ski out was fantastic! I would highly recommend.

This property is simply amazing! We have been to Beaver Run twice now, and cannot wait to get back. We would love to stay in this same exact unit upon returning.
