Description

This cozy Studio Suite at Beaver Run sleeps 4 people and includes a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a split amenity bathroom for added privacy and a walk in shower. The floorplan offers two separate sleeping areas and a convenient kitchenette. All of our Studio Suites are located in Building 4. The Beaver Run Resort is located a the base of Peak 9, and includes wonderful amenities such as ski-in/ski-out, hot tub access, gym access, and more.

If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Great location with easy access to ski lift. The condo is nice but very dated. Good value for the price and location. Within walking distance of town.

Great location for ski-in /ski-out at Breck. Cooking facilities adequate for our needs but only included the bare essentials. Bed and hideabed were both comfortable. View was beautiful. Access to hot tub, swimming pool, and fitness center was great. Enjoyed Spencer’s for a meal and had apres ski beers and snacks at the Coppertop. The shuttle is very convenient and very reliable. The facility was very clean although a bit dated. Appeared to have a shower remodel which was very nice with a nice shower head. We had family guests for a few nights of our stay which made the space a little tight…..so if there is more than 2 in your party, be sure you get along well!

This was a perfect apartment for us for a spring ski trip. The location is convenient to downtown and ski in/out was great. Perhaps not the most modern or new facility but still acceptable. We stayed at the grand Colorado on peak 8 during our last trip which is certainly newer and nicer with indoor parking but also more expensive. We would recommend this location and would stay here again.

Very comfortable condo in a perfect location, well-equipped and fun. Resort was great, and the ski-in/ski-out locker area is fantastic. It may be time for a new mattress, as we didn't sleep very well (it was VERY soft and dented). Overall a great experience, other than that!

Loved the property and location. Facilities were great (we even used the laundry). Condo was well appointed and comfortable. Probably time for a new mattress, though.

Had a great time here given access to skiing and views of the slopes. Resort has tons of pool areas and lockers. Had a great time here and would highly recommend for a unique experience and ease of access to the lifts.

This property is not fancy, but is certainly adequate! The convenience to the lift is great. The resort is pretty spread out, so getting to and from the car with your skis is a bit of a chore—but wasn’t a big deal to me.

We enjoyed this cozy, comfortable condo. Down comforters and fluffy towels. It needs a large skillet (Frying Pan), Salt, Pepper, sugar (basics). Other than that, kitchen is we'll equipped with coffee pot and toaster. Beautiful balcony view and easy access to the lift. Would definitely stay here again.
