If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

I loved my unit at Beaver Run! Was exactly as advertised!! The location is SUPERB! Ski lockers lead right to the slopes to ski down to Beaver run lift. The bed was comfortable, the towels and kitchen amenities perfect for me. Loved having a FULL Size frig with a real freezer!! The Beaver Run facility is great, several restaurants to choose from or take the free shuttle bus to town or where ever! I really enjoyed my stay and Great Western was easy to work with and very responsive- The front desk was a tad slow on releasing my room key but GW took care of that very quickly! I will definitely use Great Western again!! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

Awesome ski in ski out. The location is perfect, the amenities are great especially for the price. Would 100% stay again.
Only not so greats are it’s a little bit of a dated place, could use a refresh. Their check-in and parking policies were unclear. Make sure you understand with the host whether a parking pass is free or not.

This is an excellent location. The side door exits right onto the trail above the beaver run lift. So you can put your board or skis on and be on lift in seconds out the side door. It is as advertised ski in ski out, locker keys for equipment are in the room on the door. I rated everything a 5 on this review, but I have some negatives. You need to account for 30 extra dollars a night for parking, it wasn't mentioned in the listing. That will be payable to resort when you check in. Also, you dont need to go to great westerns office on main street. You can go directly to resort. Another negative is they don't provide the room number on the listing, so get it prior to arrival. I stayed for 7 days and worked from the room, the wifi is work quality so I'm verifying that for anyone that will be working and skiing. This unit will sleep 4 very tightly, I would suggest no more than 2 rent this unit. You'll be much more comfortable.
