Every finish, furnishing, and detail was carefully selected to balance modern style with cozy alpine comfort. The open living space flows seamlessly to a large private deck, where you can relax among towering pines and soak in the peaceful forest setting. Despite the quiet, tucked-away feel, you’re just steps from the energy of Keystone Resort, making this the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Whether you’re unwinding after a ski day or enjoying a slow mountain morning, this home delivers comfort, style, and location.
The neighborhood sits just beyond River Run Village and is within easy walking distance to the gondola and base area, offering unbeatable access without the crowds. You’ll enjoy a peaceful residential feel while remaining close to everything Keystone has to offer.
Keystone is a true year-round destination, with world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter, plus snowshoeing, tubing, and other cold-weather adventures. In the summer, the resort comes alive with festivals featuring food, music, and local culture, along with a phenomenal downhill bike park and miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

The townhouse was beautiful, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the private hot tub in the evenings and the surrounding area very much! My only critique would be the tp needs an upgrade and it would be nice to have a couple coffee pods to get the stay started. We had an amazing stay in Dillon, Colorado! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants and the gondola, with beautiful hiking and biking trails nearby.
The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, making it easy to relax and enjoy the mountains. The large garage was a great bonus, and we especially loved the hot tub after a day of outdoor activities.
