Welcome to your mountain retreat in the heart of Breckenridge! This top-floor condo at Cimarron offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and alpine charm. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room to sleep up to six guests, it’s the ideal space for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy everything Breck has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area anchored by a cozy stone fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the dining area flows seamlessly into the living room. Step out onto your private deck to enjoy mountain views and morning sunshine with your coffee.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. With thoughtful touches and plenty of room, this condo ensures comfort for every guest.

During your stay, you’ll have access to Cimarron’s excellent amenities, including indoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, and privileges at the Upper Village pool and spa. The building also offers ski and bike storage, laundry facilities, an elevator, and a heated underground garage with one reserved parking space.

The location is hard to beat: just steps from Main Street’s shops, dining, and nightlife, across from the Riverwalk Center, and within easy reach of the gondola and Four O’Clock ski run. The condo is also on Breckenridge’s free shuttle route, making it simple to explore town without a car.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

When renting at the Cimarron property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

We had a fabulous time. Location cannot be beat. Short walk to skiing and to Main Street. Living room dinning area was huge and yet very cozy. Kitchen was a bit short on supplies- but it was fixed immediately after I sent a message. Appreciated having a (super friendly) front desk to call with any questions. Hot top and sauna downstairs are lovely. Parking easy. We would be delighted to return.
