I DO NOT recommend booking this place, specifically because of the hosting company Great Western Lodging. They were extremely inconsiderate, we were always chasing them down and not getting call backs for ongoing conversations. They showed up at our condo door at 9am to address our issues, without contacting us ahead of time, and banged on the door over and over. Their worker then said to another “I’m scared to go inside,” because we weren’t answering the door. We then watched our front door swing wide open, and the worker started yelling inside of the condo. We told him to go away and he walked away, calling us a bunch of idiots. When we brought this up to the hosting company manager, Carrie, she pointed a finger back at us and said we could only communicate by messaging on the Airbnb app, when we had already talked on the phone. They proceeded to tell us we could check out the next day if we wanted a partial refund. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

We are not surprised by this review, although it is disappointing as we always strive to provide a great experience for all of our guests.
Our team made every effort to support this guest, responding promptly to concerns and dispatching staff on-site to address them. Communication was consistent and timely, both via phone and the Airbnb app, until we made the decision to continue communication in writing only—due to repeated inappropriate behavior from the guest and a need to maintain a clear record.
Airbnb reviewed and denied your refund, which speaks volumes alone, and we said you can depart the condo early for money back as an alternative, which was rejected by the guest.
The interaction described at the condo door is not consistent with how our staff is trained to operate and at no point did our team act unprofessionally. Unfortunately, this guest has a documented history of negative reviews, and we encountered similar challenges here. While we always welcome constructive feedback, we will not tolerate false claims or abusive treatment of our staff.
Great Western Lodging staff

We stayed for 3 nights and the place was stunning - we were very happy with the design and layout. Amenities were great, the stay was incredibly clean, and good location to be far enough to enjoy the scenery, but close enough to be able to run into town.

Great spot in Keystone for snowboarding. The hot tub and Sauna were nice and in good working order. The space was comfy with TVs in all the living areas and bedrooms. Decent price for being so close to the resort at Keystone.

Perfect location for multiple ski resorts!

Nicely remodeled unit

The pictures were an accurate depiction of the unit. It has comfortable furnishings, and was a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Note that the spiral stairs leading up to the loft are steep and were difficult for my 6 year old. Overall a nice stay.
