Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We loved our stay in Frisco! The house was a perfect place to surprise our son with a family visit for his birthday. We comfortably fit the 8 of us and we loved being near town. We were very pleased to discover that the kitchen had everything we needed to make a special dinner.
Initially we had hoped to check in early and staff was responsive and helpful re: the request. Turns out we didn’t get there until check in time but we appreciated the thought that we could have checked in a little early.
House was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed being there!

Perfect location in a quaint CO town. After a day of skiing on nearby mountains, it was great to be within walking distance of (one block over) to all the restaurants and shops. The hot tub was clean, private, and therapeutic! Parking was right outside front door making the loading and unloading of ski/snowboard equipment easy. We didn't cook/use kitchen but it was well stocked. We would definitely rent here again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Called the office when we arrived in Frisco to ask if we could drop off our luggage at the property as we didn't want to leave it in the car at a trailhead; we wanted to hike before the day started to cool. Jeff was extremely efficient in finding out that the house had been cleaned and inspected & called me back within minutes & told me not only were we able to drop off luggage, early check-in was avaliable, as well. Sweet. The space is immaculate, well laid out, spacious, & attractive. We found everything we needed in the kitchen minus a church key, & the addition of an electric tea kettle would make the kitchen 100% perfect. It's a 2 minute walk to downtown, location is perfect. The beds are a bit firm, overall, very comfortable. Everything is newly remodeled, & someone had a close eye on detail. The upstairs bathrooms & showers are stunning with heated floors, many amenities & amazing water pressure. A perfectly managed property.
