I took a last minute Ski trip to Colorado and wanted to ski both Breck and Vail. Perfect location for both. The property was wonderful and an added benefit is the wonderful stream running behind the house. So beautiful!

We loved being able to walk into Frisco; the townhome is in beautiful, quiet surroundings with amazing view of stars at night, yet very close to town. Everything is as shown in pictures and as listed. Beds comfortable and being able to park in the garage is a bonus. Bathrooms and kitchen updated; we cooked in one evening and found what we needed for preparation.

This was our second time staying at this quiet and comfortable property with an excellent location in Frisco! We like staying in different places when visiting Summit county but hope to return to this one again in future visits!

The property was perfect for a quick weekend ski trip to copper, with three adults. The house was very clean and a perfect location. Frisco is a little gem of a ski town…shhhh don’t tell anyone! Would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable, clean, and pleasant home that is perfectly close to Frisco. The updates are appreciated. Having use of the garage made storing of ski equipment very beneficial. Communication with the owner is perfect. We would return.

Great location close to the ski resorts. Property was exactly what we were looking for in a few day trip to do some skiing and mountain town shopping. We also appreciated how quiet it was and liked the no pets policy. Property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again.

Extremely kind and accommodating owners. Right around the corner and a 2 min. walk from downtown Frisco, which was a nice surprise! The townhome had everything we needed, comfortable beds, warm fireplace which is a must after a day of skiing! We would stay again. Thank you Colleen and Jim!

An amazing condo on the river and near walking trails and downtown Frisco. A large unit with lots of space for everyone. Double hot water heaters means plenty of hot showers after skiing. Had a great stay and Colleen was very responsive.

This townhouse had everything we needed. It was well stocked. The owners were easy to deal with, and readily available when we needed them Our favorite thing about it is going out on the deck being right on the river! The aspens were perfect in color. Colleen was super great to communicate with throughout the whole process. Very responsive to all our questions. The condo was exactly as expected. We slept great, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and dessert. Location was perfect, walking to Main Street was super quick. Would stay here again.

We skied Copper 4 days in a row, and this was the perfect location. We could get out of the ski village and come back to a spacious home base. Frisco has many fun dining and souvenir options, so the kids were thrilled.

Property is short walk to the downtown restaurants and shopping, central location to 3-4 Nordic ski centers, we loved it. Colleen is the best host, she went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling mistake which she didn't have to do, she ROCKS!

Probably one of the best stocked properties I’ve stayed at. We prefer to cook when we travel, so this was a nice feature for us. Everything was clean and tidy. The condo is a short walk to the free bus to Copper Mtn, so it was easy to get around.

Stayed here January 2022 with my college age kids. Got up early and had breakfast from Frisco - deli makes breakfast burritos. Plus skipped the crush of people in Breck and had dinners in Frisco. Then a short ride to either Breck, Keystone, Copper or Vail. Cozy condo had everything we needed plus an empty garage to leave our ski gear in. Nicely updated kitchen and first floor bathroom with shower. Great for spot for the right rate. We'll check this listing on our next ski trip. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Colleen's property. The location was ideal, being within walking distance to Main Street in Frisco, and access to I-70 is just about a quarter mile away. The place itself was great for my family, as it was clean and plentiful with space and had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here if you are coming to Summit County

Very nice place. Walkable to all that Frisco has to offer. Short drive to ski slopes. The garage is a plus. The kitchen is almost too well stocked. Instructions for heating/TV/ect is communicated well. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Colleen is a great host. Easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We loved the townhouse we stayed in. Having a garage was great for the bikes (if you have a big truck like mine it won't fit but I expected that. Most garages don't accommodate large vehicles ). The location was fabulous. Easy walk to town but the best was the creek in the back yard. Sitting out on the patio or sleeping with the windows open and hearing the creek all the time was so relaxing. Property had all the pots/plates/utensils one could need. Beds/furniture was comfortable. Colleen was great to work with. Overall just a great place.

Great property for a skiing getaway. Spent 2 weeks and hated to leave. Property is well appointed if you want to stay home and cook but is conveniently located for walking to many Frisco restaurants.

Stayed the week of Christmas. everything was great. Even had a garage. Now our Chevy Colorado pickup truck was too long to fit in. But regardless, it was still great to have so we didn't have to take our skis indoors. Well stocked. Clean. Perfect location. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. This two bedroom house is in a fantastic location with everything you need to enjoy a great stay in Summit County. One block off of Frisco's main street allows for easy access to the bars and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. P.S. The beds are some of the comfiest you will ever stay on. I will look for this rental again in the future.

My family loved your property! Very short (1block) walk into town and had a pet moose in the neighborhood we got to see at dusk a couple of days. The townhouse was very cute, clean, comfy and warm and met all of our needs. Colleen and Jim were very easy to work with. We're hoping to find some time to get back there this summer. Please call if any times open up. P.S. Sorry again for the broken glass, got bumped during a big game of chess. ;)

I love this townhouse! It is walking distance town and the ski shuttle and it has everything you need! Colleen and Jim are so easy to work with and are very kind to allow your dog. There is a lovely gas stove and a back deck right next to the river! The kitchen, baths, and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable.
