Easy access to hiking, biking, and private fishing rights makes this the perfect mountain getaway. Curl up around the fireplace or gather around the deck’s firepit with amazing mountain views. The MAIN LEVEL has a kitchen, dining area, and family room that creates a welcoming setting with 30 ft vaulted ceilings opening onto a huge deck with firepit with stunning mountain views. KITCHEN is fully stocked for large gatherings. The DINING ROOM/SUNROOM has full window, wraparound views and seating for 8. This level also has BEDROOM 3 (two twin beds), FULL BATH, and LAUNDRY/MUDROOM w/ built-in storage, cubbies, hooks for outdoor gear with new washer/dryer.

UPPER LEVEL has a large, bright PRIMARY BEDROOM with Queen, twin, and bonus trundle bed. BEDROOM 2 is roomy and bright with a Queen bed. The large FULL BATH is recently updated. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk.

LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT has BEDROOM 4, a bunkbed (twin/full) and its own half bathroom. Additional space stocked with board games/puzzles, toys for infants and up, Pack n Play, PS4 and Wii with 30+ games, and everyday children/family necessities.

GENERAL: Pet-friendly; high-speed Wi-Fi; smart TVs; keyless/Bluetooth smart locks; Alexas and Bluetooth speakers; Private 5-car driveway; Storage for snowboards, skis, boots.

Quiet Mountain Stay

The four bedroom house worked very well for our group of 6 - 2 couples, 2 singles (and 2 dogs). Very quiet considering how close to the highway and 10 minutes to main street. Great hot tub and outdoor deck! Would stay again.

Wedding weekend

My daughter got married and we rented this place for my whole family. It was perfect, had 2 bedrooms and bath on 2nd floor, first floor bedroom/bathroom for my 84 year old mother. basement had it's own 1/2 bath, bedroom and a game room. Perfect so that every family had their own area. loved the area/trees/view.

Great location

I was debating between a 4-5 star rating. The property didn’t seem super clean but it also wasn’t awful. They provided a ton of linens and towels, but no cleaning spray to clean up after cooking etc. The heater was not working when we got there in most of the house and downstairs the lights wouldn’t come on except in bathroom. We had to call maintenance twice but after a few hours they came and fixed the heat and light. 2 of the beds were broken when we checked in, but luckily they had comfy couches so we made it work. They had fire starters but no lighter so we got one and left it for the next people. It was A nice layout and area close to Breck, def not in walking distance of a shuttle. We did like the privacy and quietness. It’s a cost friendly property and doable.

This stay was awesome - breck has the best skiing! During winter 4wd vehicle is a definite need but public transport and ride sharing is available.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin. The house was just as described and the outdoor setting was so serene and enchanting - the forest and hiking path behind the home is so beautiful and was just the winter escape we were looking for. Only couple minute drive to Breckenridge but tucked away just enough. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been coming to Breckenridge for years, and this place is our new favorite. Very close to town, but also felt very private and secluded. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking. The hot tub and deck with a mountain views were great. Great place for dogs. We also really enjoyed the hiking path nearby.

My friend group and I had a great stay, we chose this place to host our annual ski trip. It was very close to Breckenridge town (drivable, but only a few miles), and it was a very peaceful stay! Very simple to find, even at night. Great amenities, great and responsive host, and worth every penny!

House was great - 5 minute drive to town while also still being secluded. Great hiking trail steps from the house. It was perfect for our early family Christmas.
