The unique multi-level layout of our condo gives families and groups plenty of space to spread out, while the comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and multiple sleeping areas create a welcoming home base after a day outdoors. Step outside to enjoy beautiful mountain views from the decks, or head just steps from the property to nearby hiking and biking trails. Warm wood accents, cozy furnishings, and a distinctly Colorado feel make this a comfortable retreat in every season. Our condo is hosted by Great Western Lodging, giving guests the convenience and local knowledge of an experienced Summit County vacation rental team.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
