Elevator Access:
Please note-There is no elevator access-multiple flights of stairs may be required outside and within the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

We enjoyed our stay (3 adults, 2 kids). It was last minute and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the apartment! The decor and the view were everything.. it was equipped with all kitchen supplies to fully cook and beyond. The fireplace was amazing and really warmed up the living room. The only issue we had was that the host wasn’t responsive to a couple of questions we had about parking and also that the door of one of the bedrooms didn’t fully close nor locked (the door knob was broken). Also, the master bedroom lacks privacy as one of the windows didn’t have blinds.

We stayed over the three day weekend to ski around summit county. We were able to go to keystone, vail, and Breckenridge. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quiet with a scenic view. Only downside was the hot tub wasn’t warm one of the nights, not sure if it was a maintenance issue or what. Other than that, good experience!

We do appreciate your understanding about the hot tub. That amenity is managed by the building/HOA, so we don’t directly oversee its maintenance, but we’re always happy to pass along feedback when we hear about issues like that.
