We rented the Kodi Lodge for an elopement weekend with our family! Large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 5 children. Beautiful property with everything we needed for a great weekend.

This home was perfect for our group of family and friends. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The large balcony with its stunning views was a big hit. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, but plenty of seating for together time. If you like what you see in the photos, you won't be disappointed.

We had all the kids and grandkids (save one in college) out for 9 days. This beautiful property was perfect for our group of 13.

The home is beautiful. View is amazing. Kitchen so well stocked, huge range. Beds in main area were comfy with plenty of extra pillows and bedding . Beds in kid’s area not as good. New mattresses and slats are needed in that area. The fire pit and deck were great. Plenty of room for our family of 11 to spread out. The aesthetics of the home are beautiful. A cabinet door in kitchen needs to be fixed. But other than the kid’s upper area beds and the door hanging, we loved the place. Would not hesitate to rent it again. The view can’t be beat.

some friends and business colleagues getting together to discuss the future. We deeply enjoyed our stay at Kodi Lodge. The property was fantastic great location and picture perfect with the snow falling just the right amount. Host communicated very well and responsive. We do wish that some of the appliances were not out of order and or functional. Other than that it was a fantastic. Great spaces Great location. Peaceful

If this house is available, definitely book it! I booked an average house in Dillion first but there was a cancelation for this property a week before our trip and we were able to get this amazing property for less than our original house and it was twice the size! The master bedroom is huge and each other room came with its own bathroom. The hot tub and sauna were put to good use after a long day on the slopes. On a clear day, you can see Breckenridge trails from the back porch. On our way out we saw a moose at a nearby property. While we were there, a maintenance person came unexpectedly to look at one of the fireplaces but he was very friendly. The cleaning person was there at 10am sharp so if you plan on staying expect to check out on time. If this house is available definitely book it! My group is already talking about returning next year!

Great folks to work with we received a phone call from within 48 hours of check in telling us the home we had rented has a major water leak, and within 10 minutes they gave us multiple options of different homes to pick from and all where good but the one we picked was awesome!!!

This place is wonderful. Very comfortable during the cooler months. I would not stay in the summer since they do not have air conditioning but otherwise the place is perfect. Close to all the things Breckenridge has to offer while being away from it all. Lots of space for the family to spread out and relax. Our first evening we were in the hot tub and a mother moose and her baby walked RIGHT up and were eating grass just a few feet away. It was incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. This was a great property for a relaxing get away.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us at Great Western Lodging! Many of our guests are a little surprised by the lack of AC, but virtually no one this high in the mountains has it. That's amazing about the moose, that will be a memory that lasts for a life-time. Feel free to call our reservation department for another memory making mountain adventure.

We were so happy with this beautiful home! Cleanliness and safety are two things at the top of my list when looking for an AirBnb. This place was spotless, and the neighborhood was so peaceful that we felt safe and peaceful right away. There is soooo much room for the family. The grandkids had their own room, and there was still space to spare. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for preparing food for a group, but there were lots of choices nearby for a meal too from $ to $$$. We enjoyed the spacious deck and hot tub as well. Thank you for a great week in Breckenridge!

Such a beautiful home with a homey/lodge feel! I called the day before check-in and asked for a pak n play. Not only did they get one right over but also brought us a toddler booster seat for eating that i didn’t ask for and we used it!!!
