We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

This place is amazing. Looks just like the photos, easy to reach, less than 10 minutes away from everything in town. The place was extremely comfortable with lots of space for everyone. It was squeaky clean and stocked with everything you may need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Summer stay

Great and spacious property! Amazing views of the mountains (especially at sunset!) Loved the hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked. A little too far to walk to town for most, but the convenient shuttle was very close by!

Beautiful house, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cooking items...anything we needed to prepare our food. It also had items we hadn't expected for our infant, like a high chair and baby gate for the stairs. The house was very comfortable and warm in the winter, and the beds were nice and cozy. Garage is very large with plenty of room for 2 vans and enough room to load/unload them with the garage door closed. Garage also has a boot and glove dryer which was very useful for drying out before the next day of skiing. It was the perfect place to stay for our ski getaway!

Newer, gorgeous home located in a nice neighborhood. The photos did not do justice to the spaciousness of this house. We were a family of 6 adults, two teenagers and two younger children who spent Thanksgiving there. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. The hot tub was so nice after skiing. Each living area has its own fireplace, which added to the coziness. It was truly a pleasure to stay here, and would love to come back some time!

Great house for a ski weekend. The house is beautiful and lots of space for a big family or group of friends spending time in Breck. Finishes are very thoughtful. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. 10 min drive to Main St. Hot tub was great! Would stay here again!

Amazing and beautiful spot. The location is so peaceful and private and minutes away from main St.. The house must be newly renovated because everything was absolutely pristine and new. We loved the neighborhood that it was in as well. We felt very comfortable and will 100% stay here again.

This is a gorgeous new home in a new development on a bluff over Breckinridge. Everything worked as hoped: large hot tub was comfortable for four guys; nice Adirondack chairs for upstairs deck; huge new smart tvs, kitchen with all the pizzas. Downsides are that the home is close to another home and to the parking lot so the outdoor privacy is somewhat limited.

Beautiful home and location! Had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome. This place does have cameras outside which was not listed. Ring doorbell, camera on front of garage door. Back patio and back deck. Not pointed at hot tub.

Locator on map before booking indicated it was close to town. It's 1.8 miles out of town, uphill at 10k so walking back and forth was not an option. Uber/Lyft was hard to come by and shuttles into town ran every hour. If you don't have a designated driver, you might want to be closer to town.
That being said, this is a great house and an ideal Airbnb place. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, space. House is very modern and well-appointed. Owner was great and easy to deal with.
