- Speed Limit: 7 MPH
- Parking is limited to owner’s garage and driveway only.
- All vehicles must be operable with current registration
- No RV, trailer, boat, commercial or Off Highway Vehicle parking unless garaged with garage door closed.
- Only street legal vehicles may operate on the roads in the community
-Quiet time is between 10:00PM and 8:00AM
-Gas and electric grills only. No fires allowed outside.
-Only porch furniture is allowed on the decks. No clothes drying allowed.
-No outside storage of anything.
-Please dispose of smoking materials properly- not on the ground.
-Trash is to be deposited in community bins and latched
-Protected wildlife includes bears and mountain lions. Do not leave trash outside.
-No Pets or emotional support animals as defined by Colorado law

The place was very inviting and clean. Great space for kids as well have a one year old. Very nice jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals for the family. The location is close to so many restaurants and stores as well as all of the ski resorts. The host was super responsive and proactive with our check in. Check in was super easy with having the front door and garage code before arrival. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the ski resorts or even just in Dillon

Almost Zero issues, very pleasant stay.
Pluses:
1. Well stocked kitchen with all amenities
2. Floor heaters provided in the bedrooms
Negative: only one
1. Water pressure in the taps suddenly dropped one day due to a flow controller in the garage.
Minor panic until the management company sent a technician to perform a one-minute reset.
Very friendly person, I think named Conrad.
Some warning of this possibility should be included in the instructions.
The ONLY complaint is asking the guest to visit a random portal to get check-in instructions.
All information could, and should have been messaged either via AirBnB or direct email.

We appreciate your note about the water setup. Instructions are included in the guest portal, but I’m glad Conrad was able to step in and help. Regarding the guest portal, it’s simply an extension of our website and allows our system to automatically send important check-in details and unit information—something Airbnb messaging doesn’t support. Our goal is to make sure no one misses any essential information and to keep everything in one easy-to-access place.

Snowboarding trip

The location was wonderful for easy access to Keystone mountain. The house was clean and organized, and the garage easily fit our truck inside which doesn't often happen!! Would definitely stay again at this place!

We loved the place. The house was very clean and decorated very nicely, not overbearing. We enjoyed being close to shopping and restaurants as well as walking and biking trails. The neighbor is very well maintained and clean. We had a small issue on a Sunday, but it was taken care of immediately. Communication with the maintenance company was prompt and friendly.
We really enjoyed the big kitchen which had all the necessary equipment to cook a great meal.
I definitely recommend this place and also would rent it again. It’s a great place to relax.
