Enjoyed our stay here. Easy to find and check I was easy. We rented from equipment from
Charter near snowflake lift and left our skis there overnight. Would definitely come back next time we’re in Breckenridge.

This is a great condo, and having a garage for the car was really nice. Very clean, fully appointed and fabulous location for getting to Beaver Run. One block off of the Yellow shuttle line as well. In 15 years of coming to Breck, this was one of the best places we have had.

Hit the jackpot with this last-minute booking in Breckenridge! Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, clean and spacious layout, and comfortable beds-a major bonus! We enjoyed playing card/board games they provided, coffee on the balcony (and watching the hummingbirds!). Close access to the hot tub and private garage parking were nice amenities we weren’t expecting. Would stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. I'd book through Great Western again without hesitation. We didn't have any issues to speak of and were happy to come home to a house with great views and amenities at the end of the day!

The property was great for housing a group of coworkers for a conference. Perfect location to go back and forth to Beaver Run Conference Center. Management company was very pleasant to speak to about a maintenance issue that didn't bother us. There is a 1 car garage on the ground, with a parking spot in front of it. Entrance is up one full flight of stairs. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was a good value in a good location. It was clean and had all of the amenities that were needed. It was within walking distance of a rental shop, the snowflake lift and a trolly stop. They could probably do a better job of providing maps to show where you are relative to the mountain, hot tub pool and other items but otherwise this place was great!

The views amd the 3 bed 3 bath layout is great for girl trip. Just note there are stairs! Easy access to the free buses to get around if you dont feel like driving too. It was an excellent choice for our trip.

We had a great stay here with a toddler and baby - we would book this place again. Everything we needed was in the condo - it was quiet, comfy, and the location was great. The fireplaces and balconies are wonderful. Beds and sleeping arrangements were awesome.
Only feedback is: property mgmt runs this condo, they weren’t always able to answer questions accurately. The pool is a drive, but you have private access to pool and hot tubs. There is a hot tub a few steps from the condo door, but when we asked property mgmt they did not know this. We didn’t have things like dishwasher detergent or salt / pepper / oil, like description said, but when we asked they brought it the next morning (not a huge issue at all). It is unfortunate that you need to pick up your keys (and drop them off) at a downtown location, rather than having things ready for you.
We did walk to and from downtown, but keep in mind, the walk back to condo is very much uphill.
This place was great! No issues.

Nice condo - would stay at again! The master suite is upstairs and offers a spacious private area. No central HVAC, but the heated floors and fireplaces did a great job keeping the place warm. The location is really ideal for skiing - just cross the street and ride down to the Snowflake lift.

This place is great for ski trip. Easy to access lift, skiable to snowflake lift, walking few minutes to and from beaver run lift. House is nice, clean, and cozy. Three bedrooms with three bath is great for three couples. Would like to highly recommend this place.

We loved the location of this unit. You walk just down the street and can rent skis at Charter Sports and they store them overnight. So no carrying the skis or trekking in ski boots! The Snowflake lift is just outside Charter Sports and is so much better than going to the base of peak 8 or 9. The unit was great and clean.
