Description

Upping our cleanliness standards: Our main priority is keeping guests and staff safe through this time. Not only are we following and closely monitoring CDC cleanliness guidelines, VRBO cleanliness guidelines, and town jurisdictions, we executed robust cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures for the inside of each of our vacation rentals as well as our linens.

Guest Quality Assurance: In addition to increased cleaning measures, we also offer flexible cancellation for June guests at this time. In addition, we are offering virtual check-in to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines for our guests. We want all guests to feel safe and comfortable while staying with us!

One of our nicest furnished units, this one bedroom unit is just 175 yards from the Quicksilver Lift and right on historic Main Street. This spacious floorplan offers plenty of natural light and contemporary mountain furnishings. In addition, the comfortable master bathroom offers his and hers double vanity, a soaking tub and a stand-up shower. This unit is also appointed with a half-bath for the guest's convenience. Wi-Fi is available at no charge. Guests enjoy the on-site amenities which include indoor/outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, secured underground heated parking, elevator access, sauna, and exercise room with state of the art equipment.

We stayed Main Street Station #2301 Breckenridge House East (BHE). I thoroughly enjoyed being "right up front and personal". We were in the middle of everything. I watched skiers walk the walk to lesson's, ski lift and ski down!!

Honestly, one of the best locations we have stayed in Breck in the last 5 years! it's at our favorite end of town (walking distance to EVERYTHING!) and at the base of our favorite peak (Peak 9). We were able to be on a lift within 5 mins walking and at a bar within 3 mins. My only suggestion is to provide robes. I would have loved to sit out on that balcony or in front of the fire with my wine and a robe. Also, it would be nice to wear that over your bathing suit to go to the hot tubs! Just saying!

This is a nice, well outfitted unit with a great downtown location. The only real issue we had was a very hard mattress. It really needs replaced.

This is a great property that is very well located in Breck. There is garage parking, a HUGE plus while visiting Breckenridge. It was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for my wife and I. It is very close to the Breckenridge Brewery and a number of restaurants. Be sure to try Sancho across the street. Great Mexican at a very affordable price. There is a great coffee shop, Coffee Depot just as you exit the garage. We would recommend their coffee and Clint's for pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Be sure to check out Hearthstone for app's nd drinks starting at 4. The condo has a bath and 1/2 which is really nice. There is a great balcony and a decent gathering space. It was very comfortable for two. I couldn't imagine more than 4 adults in the space though. We were very pleased and if we ever make it back this way we would certainly try and rent it again.

Condo is in a perfect location, with walking access to nearly everything in town.
Would have given 4-5 stars, but only downfall our trip was the that the elevator went out on the 2nd day of our trip and was not operational the rest of our duration there - we had to utilize the stairs for access and egress from the building. Which wasn’t bad, except we had an infant with a car seat and stroller.

The condo is very spacious and in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities. After hours check in was super easy which was nice after a long drive.

Wonderful for our family of four. Great amenities, so close to Quicksilver Superchair lift. Right in the heart of the town, short walk anywhere. We will definitely be back.

Our stay in Breck was absolutely amazing. We wanted to "live like a local" and we definitely did with our Great Western condo. Great Western was on top of all communication, provided clear check-in/check-out instructions, and the place was within short walking distance to the base of Peak 9. The condo was also within short walking distance to all of the action on Main St. If we visit Breck again, we will stay in the exact same condo!
