The open living space is perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains, while the private deck offers a front-row seat to alpine scenery. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, complete with an en suite bathroom and its own private deck, making mornings and evenings especially peaceful. With two full bathrooms in the unit, everyone can spread out and unwind with ease.

Guests also enjoy access to the community hot tub and sauna, perfect for soothing tired muscles after exploring all that Summit County offers. The Marina Place complex is a quiet, scenic setting while still being close to everything Dillon has to offer.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
