Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout with cozy mountain-inspired finishes. The living area centers around a newly converted gas fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining space provide everything you need to enjoy meals together after a day outdoors. Bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind to ensure a restful stay. Additionally, the Master Bathroom boasts a wheelchair accessible shower.

Step outside to enjoy crisp alpine air from your private deck, with nearby trails, Dillon Reservoir, and endless outdoor recreation just minutes away. Whether you’re planning an active getaway or a relaxing mountain escape, this property offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience.

The Mountainside complex has access to the community clubhouse, which includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, laundry facilities, tennis court, volleyball court, and a racquetball court. All complex amenities are within walking distance of the unit.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Great stay - walking distance to coffee, restaurants and some shopping. The unit was very nice, everything you need plus hot tub and sauna - which were awesome! Easy check in and check out process. Quick drive to winter park ski area or bus stop right out front. The host was available and responsivie. I recommend!
